Well another thing you can do is try another addiction to get your mind off gambling. Like get a pet, or start some hobby. Or have a kid, that should keep you pretty busy for a while.
turning your self to another way around is the good way to moved away from gambling making your selg busy with another things will helps a lot if you really intend to move away you must practice self control and be more busy with your other life.

Yes gambling is not easy, that is why i play it just for fun only. And i make bet on it with can i lost it, i just can manage money on gambling. I can't make analysis in gambling.

Just had a client at the drug rehab I work at, and he had a huge gambling problem. Most of our clientele aren't gamblers, and he's the first one in a while who actually admitted he had a problem gambling. I did not ask him about bitcoin, lol.

yes that is a fact if you have become addicted of gambling then it really become very difficult to give up gambling, actually it need a strong decision and well power to stop and not to start gambling again, but i have seen so many people who quit gambling for the time being but they again start if after some time.

In my opinion one can have a fixed amount on gambling, after which whether he gets profit or loss needs to stop. If this is followed one can have a better concern with gambling.
Yeah, he/she should have to know in the beginning when they lose that they are unable to win in there so it is just wasting of their money to spend in there to earn more money, and with that they should have to stop gambling for money. and just have to play for entertainment sometimes.

It also depends on their willingness, if indeed they want to surrender from gambling. as bad as any addiction that he get will surely get out of gambling, the main key is the mind. That's not true, quitting is not that hard...Even if you are greedy, you just need to experience a extreme loss that could make you think or have a second thought on your gambling habit... I just noticed, those who don't have obligation in life are the one's always get addicted to gambling, and sometimes those who has a problem...
I have friends who even have families and they are gambling very often. I even know one friend who gamble every single day. She will go to illegal gambling den and she has been caught and warned several times by the police. If they caught her in these den again, she may end up in jail but she still dont care.
