globalcoin.miners-pool.eu is once again having issues.
It appears the pool operators client is not in sync with the network, yet shares are being accepted with no block finds or payouts. This issue has been ongoing for at-least the past 7 hours.
I would advise switching pools to one with more competent administration such as glc.dedicatedpool.com
edit: seems miners-pool is back in sync and finding blocks, however previous shares for nearly a 24 hour period were not paid due to the issue.

Yep, glc.dedicatedpool.com seems to be "frozen" too. I've messaged both pool operators.
globalcoin.chriskoeber.com is however finding blocks every few minutes, so feel free to jump on there if you're not solo mining at this difficulty level
edit: glc.pro-tech.bz.it is also up and finding blocks.

1,5 hour to find a block at this difficulty...
GLC diff is very high now.
Yet the hashrate is low as well.

I have added a dedicated node please add it to the OP conf file.

I used Miner Mikes guide and the process took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The guide is very helpful. I typed everything line by line as directed and the process was a success. I hope this will help GlobalCoin to be a success!

I am going to add a dedicated node as you suggested. I am going to follow your guide and will report back when I have it completed. What is the time frame for the next difficulty change with the network hash only 22M/hs? I have been mining on glc.pro-tech.bz.it for 6 days and have found 20+ blocks with 1400K/hs. This pool is reliable and pays without issues. Thanks for your help with the guide.

Did the BTC-price bring this coin down to its lower value? I hope we will at least get up to 5 again, sad to see it sold for 1s....
And how can everything be out of sync when it's never been turned off and i have several connections?

Client is syncing my end. Please make sure your node list is updated and delete peer.dat from Appdata>Roaming>Globalcoin
My solo miners did not stop, so I guess it was just a graphical issue. Thanks for the tips!

Coin dropping like a bag of balls now. Maybe because of the BTC drop, who knows... Not gonna sell any GLC at this rate.

Site back up and updated. Forum is being built and store has been rebuilt and will open again soon. Other services are in the pipe line and will be announced early 2014. As orco said i've been very busy with work recently, but do not worry I still get working on things as soon as I get home and work & stay up till the early hours. Thanks to all the supporters, site op's and traders for keeping the network/price strong. Hopefully with the new forum we can build an even bigger community! I will be checking in alot more with updates and supporting you guys in any issues.
