What the fact that I'm the ONLY company with a working blockchain P2P Alpha isn't good enough? I would frankly call any altcoin that doesn't have new tech or software a scam but people invest in other coins that are just vapor ware or clones all the time. I find it really amusing that someone would rather trust a known dev team that has an escrow and everything you would want but doesn't have any original product even close to ready. Yet, I wait to launch my coin with a real Alpha that can be used today and somehow that's the scam? Not other Devs crowdfunding off of a shitty white paper with no real working original code?

One will need a private key to modify or perform any actions on the contract. But the contract code is visible to everybody. So you can't keep your intellectual property. The codes are visible to everybody. Once your system is up everybody will be able to clone it.

Yes GNEISS uses bitcoin as the crypto gold standard and Ethereum for all smart contracts as well as to log every transaction. It's just as anonymous as bitcoin if not more. Once the privacy feature is built in, someone would need a password and permission to access any private crypto-asset or smart contract one would create. Plus, crypto wallet swaps will eventually be available where you can update any BTC or ETH wallet with your own or a random new one while keeping your current reputation score.

It is not open-source both for security reasons and intellectual property. I'm open to the idea of having it open source in a year or so but I must first prove that won't somehow compromise security.

Does it use Ethereum smart contracts? If yes how are you going to hide them from public? They are visible to everybody.

I get it but I'm not selling vapor ware. My Alpha is a real alpha and is the first of its kind. I get people get scammed but don't you think the risk/reward at this point would be far better for me to follow through with the project and make money fairly possibly becoming the next big blockchain giant? Rather than create a web page and do like over a year of coding spending thousands of my own dollars in bitcoin to make a prototype no one else has just to later take everybody's keys and run. At this point i think people should just realize the artistic work I've done could not be done with bad intentions as people who do bad usually are the ones who weren't smart enough to succeed in the first place.

If their hearts in the right place they might be willing to collaborate and it doesn't take a genius to see why I would try to ask as your right they do have more resources but in the end you need intelligent people to code not resources. Although having resources doesn't hurt! Cool
