I think robots better replace human on working because they could do more exactly and effective than human. But it shouldn't happen with creative job.

For business owners or entrepreneurs, of course, using robots for production is a very profitable thing, they can reduce the production cost up to tens of percent so it becomes very efficient, of course this has a negative impact on humans because it increases unemployment.

as i said on the title what are the good effects and bad effects of robots in replacing human jobs.
What is your opinion about this guys.
The good effect is that the product produced by the robots are more uniform and have less defects the bad side is that people are having a lot more trouble finding jobs and feeding their families and this is becoming a problem all around the world. What is your opinion about this guys.

Right, this will cause a whole generation of suffering and poverty since thousands jobs will be lost. It's good for the business, just not for the society.

The good effects would be the more efficient the jobs would be. It would be more faster than human employees and less errors would occur. On the other hand poverty would increase due to less job offers.
No any other thing can replace human because it’s the human who make robot ant robot make human so its mean robots are under control of humans it may be good for some time but there are not good as human are human have mind and when they start to use their thinking so they can make possible anything robot can just give you relaxation in your work nothing more so I will prefer humans then robot and even I’m not in favor of any robot.Yes there's an advantage and disadvantage of using robots in replacing human. The good side is it can make our work easier, it can work at a constant speed without breaks, dayoff or even holiday so more products will be produce while the bad side is people can lose their jobs in the factories that can result to imbalance to our economy.

Well, Everything has it's advantages and disadvantages and the advantages and disadvantages of robots replacing human jobs are following:
ADVANTAGES:
1:-Going to far away planets which is beyond the expectations of human without robots.
2:-Going far down into the unknown waters and mines where humans would be crushed.
3:-Working at places 24/7 without any salary and food. plus they don't get bored..
DISADVANTAGES:
1:-People can lose jobs in factories.
2:-It needs maintenance to keep it running.
3:-It costs money to make or buy a robot which is might much than an employee gets in a entire year...

Robots replacing human jobs, productivity will be great, more fast and reliable but think of the people who will lose their job.
Every robot is made up of some algorithm which it follows and act according to that. Now, Human on other hand do not work on algorithm but on self intuitions. If your job id algorithmic, then be very much sure that some day a robot will take over this job from you as the mistake rate of robot is almost negligible. But if your job is related to any research and development, or any other thing which cannot be captured in any algorithm, then you should stay relax because no robot will ever be able to replace you.

Well the good effect is that its quality to worked than human is much better and it is less expenses for a company to pay a lot of employee they just have to think about the maintenance on the other hand the bad effect is just unemployed people will gonna increase a lot and that is really a bad thing.
Advantages of robots
- Robots are not mistaken because of inattention
- the human factor is excluded
Disadvantages
- I do not see any shortcomings if a suitable field of application is chosen, except that it is expensive

In my opinion it would be a dumb idea not to use cars so that chariot drivers can keep their jobs. In order to earn money, you must be of some value to the system that gives out money. Manual work has less and less sense in the robotic/information age. Would you give me money to keep your beer cold by pouring cold water on it all day? No, you probably have a refrigerator.

many impacts caused by technological advances like this, the benefits of robots is very much for the company because the quality of work produced more leverage and better than the human, save expenses for the company when compared with the human needs,

That neither going to be happen. Why people don’t understand that robots are human made and they can’t replace humans. As far as the jobs of those persons are concerned who become jobless due to this effect, I must say robots will be employed at such specific rate, not like every company will be hiring a waiter robot rather a human. Let me make myself clear..first of all there are many jobs that robots do already for humans..
Also there are many jobs that a human is not fit to do and long exposure..can even kill them..like extrating uranium and everything from a mine..
There are things that effects the health of the person doing it.. for example:- workers working in cotton industry often has to suffer from many lung diseases.
All these jobs can for sure increase the efficiency..make things cheaper and save the lives of.. Numerous humans is what I feel
Bad effects will be offcourse reduced employment and also if artificial intelligence developed on their own it could be a threat to the whole human society.

The good effect of robots replace human job are ( 1) robots perform task accurate, and timely, since robots is program to preform definite task, (2) no room for the errors. While negative or bad effect of robots replace human job are (1) it lead to lost of job, unemployment will be mother of the day, (2) work will become uninterested, because human being are not involve. (3) Robots system is to expensive to maintain.
Work would really become uninteresting but at the end there would still be a need for some professions anyway. It might look that simple but the robots will still need some servicing and there would still be the need to have humans around to get some jobs done, but looking at the large scale of those that will end up retrenched, it is really a huge bad side to it.It is just the way life is. If you get a solution to do something better, someone somewhere will definitely be affected which is why the necessity to improve oneself and not to feel too comfortable in one's zone is very necessary. A lot of people are already losing their jobs and there is no doubt to it that a lot more will keep losing as robots keep doing the job.

the advantages of it for every company is robot can work 24 hours and they can replace for another robot if they are going to charge of it so many company will have a higher profit because they cannot pay for the people the disadvantage of this is many people would become jobless and many family will be suffer when they implement just robot to work with
That’s right, and it will only affect the poor people in the society. If robots are used to replace human beings in labor, then only the rich people will be benefiting from it, cause they already have money, so all they will do is open up a big industry and buy as much robots as they could so they could work for them. Going to school will seem like a waste of time, cause there would be no job for graduates, unless you studied engineering course that is based on working on robots.

The good effect is it will make job becomes more effective, non-stop and dynamic. But the bad thing is you won't have the creative and special in the job cause there is no human's brain in it.
