Same here, the positive effects can be transformational for the society, low profile/pay jobs can be eliminated, reduced costs and increased productivity in production are just 2 examples. If people want to keep jobs they will need to evolve and learn new skills. Will be painful for some but just temporary, in the long term the positives will outweigh the initial challenges.
The good effect of robots in replacing job is, it can minimize the job of people and can do fast without feeling tired while the bad effects is that it can create unemployment to many people and if there is something wrong with its parts, it can't work perfectly because it is program and it needs maintenance.
