The good effect of it is people become innovative in terms of using knowledge in science and technology, just like a machine, robots can make our lives much easier. But on the other hand, many will lose their jobs and also people will become more dependent on robots rather than human itself.

It's more like a two way area..
Which job .. you are talking about is more important .
If it's related to some hazardous job and... About nuclear reactive jobs where a worker is exposed to bad radiations.. then for sure it's a great boon for the society.

But they shouldn't replace humans in all jobs since... If that happens then.. the already less jobs available will decrease even further.

The good effect of robots is make thing more faster and easier because it can work all computerized but all of the sudden when robot works it lessen the human jobs it decreases the job hiring of the company

*The works will become more easier.
*People will spend more time to rest, sleep and have vacations.
*No more monitoring needed, the robot itself can do this.
*It can works 24/7.
*They can work more faster that humans can do.
*They never become tired unlike humans they only spend 10-12 hours on their jobs.
Well,if there is Good Effects there is also Bad Effects.
Bad Effects:
*Humans become more lazy since they know that there is already robots to do the works.
*The companies hired robots instead of humans, there is possibilities for a lot of Unemployed workers.

However on the other hand, the unemployment rate will increase and many people wil get poorer and poorer while the company owners will get richer.

Good thing about robots replacing human in the workfoce is that it will work continuously without being told, don't need to pause or rest for a while and will never complain of being tired, maintenance cost can be cheaper than that of the salary of a human worker.

Robots replacing humans at the work is total advantage for humans. While robots do all the manual, hard work, humans can have more time to relax, enjoy their lives, give attention to others, think about technology/inventions development.

The talk about humans losing jobs because robots is bullshit. No one can stop technological advancement and it always benefits everyone in the end, even those who have lost their jobs... The benefits are reflected especially at products prices, that become cheaper and more accessible for everyone.

The only negative impact would be if the robots aren't well programmed and start atacking humans and if they are used as powerful, almost invencible soldiers like in Future Terminator movies.

I agree on your point mate but somehow we need to adopt the new technology since we are in the new generation. Robitics is already been discovered but it takes so many years and it become developed to be use in the company for the mass production proposes. On other hand, maintenance should apply in order to have a great efficiency in terms of output and quality of the product doing by such robotics concepts.
