For long term investors, this can be a good time, to invest before the entire market goes up. But for short term investors, this can be a hard time to make a decision, the market is in a bullish period for days, and after that correction will happen and we can see the market dropping. Short term traders are selling now I think, think carefully about short term trades, they are risky!
For me, now ethereum is worth buying anytime. Because now ethereum has begun to make good moves. Possible when halving bitcoin, ethereum can achieve the best.
It good to accumulate more ETH now but i believe people should choose more BTC than every altcoin market because the crypto market surge depend on bitcoin market momentum. However, youre totally wrong when you said ETH market is making good moves because the last time i checked, BTC, ETH and every other utility coin are experiencing dump right now.
For me, now ethereum is worth buying anytime. Because now ethereum has begun to make good moves. Possible when halving bitcoin, ethereum can achieve the best.
Definitely not a bad time to buy ethereum, it looks like things are priming up to be a great situation for us. I personally would like to get my hands on my ethereum as well but ı have to wait a bit more, in a month or so I will definitely buy more ethereum. Do not forget that bitcoin is still the number one coin and it is definitely the one that is getting most attention, there are people out there who barely heard the name bitcoin but never heard ethereum, they are getting lower and lower in numbers but that is still existing.
However just because bitcoin is number one doesn't change the fact that ethereum is number two, you can think of ethereum as old soul as much as you want but when something major happens it still gets a ton of attention as well.

in such a long time,since early last year i am looking forward for this effect as i am holding some currency on my pocket
and also i assume that this Ethreum 2.0 will go along with the Bitcoin Halving in which both fails my expectation but
i am not losing Hope so we need to stay in this side if we wanted to earn money.

Etherum is always a good coin to invest in. Last week probably is the perfect time to invest at etherum if you are going to check the price, right now it's little bit expensive and the price is on mid-range but still, the bitcoin is having a halving and we all know that after that the price is going to skyrocket! then, today is still a good time to buy etherum if you are considering a long term holding.
