If it launches with -n is there someone that can help me with my GPU's I use CUDA miner, I inherited a ton of rigs with Nvidia cards and I cant seem to get the right hashing levels using -n I tried with Vert coin today and I was getting 50% the hash I get on Scrypt.

ASUS gpus are horrible, plenty of threads of horror about them. Please find other brands, even PowerColor.

MSI makes the best 270's (mine are 492-510kh), TOXIC makes the best 280's. Rock solid stability. Get a bunch of those and you're golden.

Amazon sold literally 2 trucks of MSI's out in a matter of less than an hour. ASUS are still plentiful..

You have NO idea of what you are talking about.
I returned two Sapphire's that sucked.
Asus 280x CU TOP is THE BEST hash and coolest/quietest 280x made, PERIOD.

+1 I haven't heard any negative reviews about the Asus 280x, except the stnd DOA's that every manufacture has once in a while. While I like the toxic's the best, the Asus 280x is voltage unlocked which makes my life way easier. I have 6 280x DCT's and lol to vesper, PowerColor, really?

If you haven't heard any negative reviews, you must have your head in the sand.. ASUS has been dogged like a stepchild on lots of mining forums, reddit, etc, because of a multitude of issues. It's not just a random string of failures. When tigerdirect, amazon and lots of other places have plenty of ASUS cards still in stock, while all the OTHER brands are sold out right now.. that should tell you something. That, by itself, should absolutely tell you something.

And yeah, the powercolor I've drieid ran cooler, faster, and used less power, than the asus cards I tried. It's not my preferred, but it did a hell of a lot more than asus did. The 280 and 290's might have fewer issues, but they certainly do have their issues.

They simply aren't robust. MSI is rock solid. Stout performance, takes it up the yang no matter how hard you push them or how hot they get (best components in the industry), and best warranty in the industry. Focusing on just one factor, sure ASUS are probably ok. But there are better options.

Sapphire TOXIC is probably the sickest 280 card out there. Best hashrate whether undervolted or not, and superior components as well.

Due to the fact that you have a large amount of investors, I feel that more coins should be injected into the IPO from the 150,000,000 for bounties and payment for future development. It appears that large investors, such as myself, are losing out on our investments due to smaller investors.  If other investors disagree with this statement I will delete this post.  I understand you need coins for bounties but 150,000,000 seems extreme.

I have to agree.  It's starting to look like I threw my BTC in the trash.

Hey guys. Which pool are you pointing your miners too? Which one is the most reliable?  I can't make up my mind.

Getting swamped right now with e-mails.

Please be patient and understand that I have already answered over 200 e-mails in the past couple of hours and I will get to your accordingly.

To all the pools, sorry but the source code will not be handed out prior to launch.  The community has already stated that they don't wish for any possible leak that could ruin the launch.  I'm not saying you, personally, are untrustworthy but the internet just isn't the safest of places.

Why not a compromise. Do what SYN coin is doing.  Launch with normal Scrypt with a planned changeover to Scrypt-N in a few months which is the expected timeline for ASICs to start impacting.  I'll tell you know, If you change to Scrypt-N at such a late stage, you will have people screaming from the rooftops tomorrow wondering why they can't mine GPU coin.  Not everyone reads every post in a multi page thread, especially those that don't speak English as their primary language.
I vote this
I'm not receiving any email for the IPO investment from the site. Is this still on?
He does them manually so it might take a while,im sure hes pretty busy getting everything ready

Firmly against a scrypt-N implementation. People saying "its GPU coin it should be asic immune" well there are none right now and you'll all soon change your tune when your R9 290's have to be RMA'd.

It's all done by hand by the DEV.  Give it some time.

I agree with this...^

I was planning to mine this coin at launch as well as be a late IPO investor... but if the launch is a Scrypt-N coin... I am out... that is not a threat... simply a statement that I do not have the time to recompile and test a BAMT Scrypt-N USB for 9 rigs... I am already overwhelmed with too much to do today.

I do support the deployment of ASIC resistant algo's and especially for this coin, being named 'GPU coin'. But is too late at this stage for me to make the changes to be ready for launch. And if I cannot mine the coin... then I see no reason to be part of the IPO either.

I would recommend a Scrypt launch with a planned Scrypt-N deployment in a few weeks which will give the miners time to deploy and test the needed software to mine the coin effectively.

just my opinion...

Just finished updating the IPO chart on the web page, so now back to answering e-mails.

How about all the IPO investors send an e-mail to [email protected] with their preference.  I will still use the poll as partial but if the people who actually have money invested want scrypt-n that's a much bigger influence on my end.
