When I had registered for it, there was no restriction. This change was made after I registered. Can you please confirm op?

I can confirm that. However, I already accepted a few users (3) who were outside of these guidelines. If the rest of the slots aren't full by, say, the end of the day, then I can possibly fill you in.

We have coins set aside for this purpose, but unfortunately haven't ever set this up. We aren't sure when/where to do that.

You can set them up on exchanges, like buyers get extra when they buy greencoins and maybe run few promotions on here, and social media sites, like reddit, twitter, fb.
