So I just configured my unit but am concerned about the thermal paste that leaks out from the screws, do we just keep wiping it up every couple of hours, do we tighten the screws.
I haven't received mine yet so I'm just guessing but how about taking the heat sink off, removing all the thermal paste, and applying an appropriate amount?
Do us a favor if you would. When you get it, clean any of the excess off of the outside. Run your miner get it stable and record temps. Then do what you were saying, remove clean reapply. Compare temps and tell us if it lowered your temps any. I have been tempted to do this on one of mine that runs warmer than the others but I am too damn lazy at this point to start the project.

How long does ups delivery take to the states for the antminers?
I paid on the 9th and it arrived on the 13th.
Same here its the fastest shipping ever.. china to Europe...
paid £39.99 to the courier which was much less then i thought it would be.
secondly the wires already cut and adapters added for 2 PCIe connectors
run it over night working fine. got into a little trouble with settings but
sushi remote logged in and helped me out as best as he could for a couple of hours (many thanks much appreciated)

Looking forward to getting my miner tomorrow due to it being stuck at hub over weekend.
Hopefully will announce the winner soon of the group buy
Hopefully Sushi and Bitman will work for more group buys into the 2014 year and produce new hardware as it comes available.

I've got 95% of asking price saved up, messaged yesterday about paying down to reserve one and completing payment in a few days. No word back from sushi. But I'll definitely be in the next round.
