Well the other unit is also being shipped from china
So I don't think the shipping is the reason behind the price difference
Add to that the extra power costs of this unit, and I find it very surprising some people are buying this

You aren't shipping in bulk. I can ship something the size of a truck from china for 700. Have done so for years.
Try to check on their web. I've put weight, dimension and insurance... It was 700$
They ship via dhl which is at least 500$ there is a space to reduce the price. But who would wait a month for regular delivery

You have 2 active group buys , both 180-200gh/s
The 180 uses half the power, and is 1.15 bitcoins cheaper (I'm comparing to this unit without the power supply to make things even, as the 180gh/a unit doesn't include a power supply)
My only question is why someone would pay more for this unit, considering the power usage

You should adjust the price. Around 2500$ per one. I think it's the best price and everybody will try it.
How about half the asking price. This stuff has such a limited shelf life, you need to move them quickly!

It is only 500W. Your product is around 900-1000W.
