Sorry for the delay - I'm just back from travelling.

1) The chips are not shipped yet except from the sample chips.
2) Nope
3) No idea on that

I am emailing/GTalk-ing him at a regular basis, and have not been able to get a response after the reply above.

Does anyone know how to get hold of Avalon for the chip address change? At this rate, I'm estimating that Avalon will not ship this until mid+ August, but it's certainly better to get everything in place ASAP. Truth to be told, I'm personally voting (although I don't have chips here) that a leader change to be done (ryepdx/steamboat/etc TBD later if needed) if possible seeing that he's quite busy/not responding lately. Undecided

PS: Anyone who's in the States and is willing to phone him, please PM me for his phone number. Also, the shipping address is in Connecticut, if anything drastic is needed (waiting at the shipping addy for example).

Well one big wrinkle in ryepdx physically taking delivery of the chips at the original address is that he lives on the west coast and ragin is in Connecticut (I believe). That's a lot of time (and money) for him to fly cross-country for this.

Do we have anyone else in this group buy who lives in the Northeast? I have some family up there that I may be able to call on and turn around and overnight it to ryepdx but I don't have much reputation on the board and if the situation were reversed (where someone else was offering this), I'd be a little hesitant. I mean no malice (I just want the damn things built) but how does anyone else know that of me? =\

Really we need John and / or Thomas to chime in here. Has anyone PM'd John asking for some mediation or at least explaining options as they stand?

Ryepdx being there if possible makes best sense. As the actual address no longer has anyone there right? Raginazin moved if I am not mistaken?

IN CASE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES AND THEY GO TO RYEPDX OR ANYONE ELSE

I have 572 chips in Batch #1, I bought them from dserrano5 and atsecure. ragingazn628 is aware of this but has not been around for the last ~10 days

THE SPREADSHEET IS NOT CORRECT, it does NOT list me as the owner for these chips. dserrano5 and atcsecure are listed highlighted in RED.

This shit is getting messy. I want those chips sent to Burnin, I've already paid for the PCB assembly with them.

I'm not even sure how the shipping out would work if the shipping of the 10k batch changes

I seriously wonder if it can even be changed. Avalon is also fucking 100% MIA and ocmpletley fucking unresponsive. I doubt we can change where they are shipping the 10k chips

I thought I had seen ragingazn post on these forums a phone # somewhere if people needed to contact him, does anyone recall something like that?

So... Honestly, a leader change is good for Thomas, as far as I can tell, since it saves him trouble.

Furthermore, Avalon is shipping already. This is not a good time for him to be absent, even for a genuine emergency.

128 chips vote for ryepdx, if we can get an address change this late in the game.
