I do. But it's not mining rig in the right sense. I had a spare mobo so purchased 2 cards and running Gunbot (15 pairs) without issues or any significant mining power loss.

Is anyone running Gunbot on their mining rig?
I think it was Gunthar who wrote that 1 pair takes about 20k of memory.
So if I calculated correctly running 50 pairs would eat just 1MB of memory.

The thing is my rigs go non stop - except for one hour during weekly maintance.

What are you opinions, experience on this if I may know.

it just needs to readjust - and it will be on its way again ...

poloniex api connections do this sort of thing all the time - but bittrex is usually quite seamless ...

if you stop the bot - it requires not only reconnection - but also 'realignment' ( for lack of a better word ) to the trades it was doing prior ...

leave it be - and you will see it go back to normal displays - unless there actually is an error ... those ones you cant miss ...

I just started having a problem with Gunbot.

Was working 2 days ago fine. I stopped it a while to see about tweaking the values, etc.

Today started it up and in the status window it keeps saying stuff like the sample I post for every pair I set. I double checked my API keys and nothing has changed .

yes , i got a proposition myself 5 minute after posting, i've prefered to buy it by bitify at higher rates but with more security and escrow.

You posted that you want to buy openly. Beware of people immitating gunthar asking you to send money. Triple check his name and posts.

 Price too high literally means the trend watcher saying "don't buy from this price or you will have a bag" so be glad it says price too high

 Sometimes when the markets are just wrong, you may not buy anything for a while, whereas when the markets are just right, you buy and sell constantly, it is not a thing about the bot itself but about the markets not being good for botting.

trying to trade, been running a day, BBs at 25/25 and 24/27, still always just says "price too high" on trex BTC/ETH
Tried typing in FTC/BTC but it errored out.  Suggestions?

Any trading bot is software. So it has to run on a computer somewhere.

You can run it on your own computer. But if you turn your computer off, or if your power goes out, computer crashes, other people using it, if your internet goes down, etc, the software obviously can't function.

So instead, if possible, you have another computer - a private server on the internet, that you basically rent for a small fee. Such a server will live in a datacentre - facilities designed and built exactly for this purpose - which is high performance, reliable, online 24/7, and you can run the software there instead without having to worry about the problems faced with running it at home. The better the environment the software runs in, the better it can perform for you.

Working with such a server does require technical knowledge and skill though.

So if I don't join these servers the bot would run only when my computer is running? I didn't know this... How do I link the bot with these servers?
And I use Apple, are there different servers depending on the OS? Average price?

Simply to run the bot 24 hours a day. or do you prefer to do on your own PC .

Guys, I'm very noob, I've read more than once about VPS, and I found out that is a virtual server, and you have to pay for this service, right? What's exactly the relation between Gunbot and this virtual server? Why would I need one?
