Actually i'm focused to fix all reported bugs for the actual exchange before to move on a new one. I can tell you bitfinex is the next one tho.

sure thing. What i meant by "not available for public" is: we cant really flood the markets with an arbitrage bot, so i will have to limit the distribution to gunbot owners only.

I don't think arbitage is on Gunthy's roadmap right now. I don't know this to be a fact, but what I can say is that in Telegram he's shown resistance to having the API keys setup for withdrawal. I trust Gunthy but giving a bot access to withdrawals could open up all kinds of accusations and likely he doesn't want to have to deal with those.

That's primarily dependent on your own preference. I'd recommend Bittrex due to the issues that Poloniex has had over the past few months.
