I have the HTS simple bot and in the web interface I cannot select indicators, insurances, or safeties on the new bot set up page. I click the buttons, but nothing happens. Is there a preferred browser or any particular browser settings needed for these to work properly?

Edit:
I've used Firefox,IE and Chrome and it appears there are some issues with the rendering....at least for me. I'm on win 7 box and I did manage to set up the BTCE API key. I don't appear to have main menu and several of the links/buttons do not appear to be working.

Anyone else have any similar issue and resolution?

I checked and the font files are not there...I will try and download the software again and hope these missing files are present and this resolves the issue.

Final Edit - Resolved:

There were tons of files missing, when I originally extracted the zip file it must have skipped many files. I simply re-downloaded the zip file and extracted to the same folder, merging and replacing the files. All missing files are present and the interface is now fully functional.

Stephan in wrote you an email last night. Can you please have a look into it.

Short MA-9

This bot has only one indicator selected thats the Macd histogram with an insurance.
The market price is at 0 across the length of the chart.  Kinda messes its scaling.

There are 2 charts displayed because sometimes its needed to show 2 charts to guard the scaling of the chart. but sometimes not both charts are filled, it could be you are watching one of those chart right now. But just to be sure; can you report which indicator you are looking at and the selected exchange/currency? Then i can have a look here so it can be solved.

Indicator chart 2 is reading a market price of 0 on both of my bots.  Any clues why thats happening?

Basicly I deleted my fee insurance and it sold.  Now I've got some price history  Weee

Any way to set the last buy/sell price on a bot?  I'm getting the feeling that its stuck 'cause my bot has the exchange fee insurance selected and it hasn't made a trade.  

I just cleared last buy/sell.  It was reading 0 before.  Maybe that will get things rolling  

oh so tricky this is.  Is your new trading bot using some of the info from Simple trade bot? Right now Simple trade bot's last buy/sell price is 831.  Is the Trading Server reading that even though I've reset its last price data?

Of course I don't know which file to be looking into.  I've looked at almost all of them.  No clue what I'm looking for on the refresh speeds.  I could probably figure out in the file what to change just can't find which file to look in

It very nice to see somebody identifying the potential. I understand its invisible because i have no documentation yet. But if you look close enough then you will see this program is really focused on the community. The open API behind the software enables you to make very cool custom things. 3th party plugins, own pages, custom pages it all can be done and its all supported.

The drain to your tablet or smartphone is low, your computer does the hard work. The only thing your mobile devices does is showing you an HTML page. This is not a lot of data.

A tip: You can enable the server inside your local netwerk (LAN), i do not recommend to published it on the internet to (WAN), its a security risk.

No, of course not. I read everything, but i gave you an answer yesterday and Jabber was so friendly to repeat is again.

But you can not login to the new website unless you choose for offer 2 or 3. If you are on offer 1 then you are on stand-by for a update. Like i told earlier, i am making a new license and backend to solve the comments i received yesterday. I did not expect what happened yesterday and now i am in the process of adjusting. This requires some time, but it will be done.

If you need to login then you can still go to www.haasonline.com and login over there, the old website is still in the air and it will remain this way until i am done with the port.

Steph I can be a bit slow with my imagination but I do see a lot of what you got going on here and I'm impressed.  I'm going to have to get a smart phone now !

How much data will it use per day running on a smart phone?
Another question is this data refresh.  Could that be an option we can set?  Say a long one on a smart phone and quick on a computer?  How about a pause toggle to keep it from refreshing while setting up a bot?

I am liking how the debug log tells why it decides on each trade.  Very cool.  Helps figuring things out.
