We've been planning an airdrop since the beginning, but Overt is correct that it was only announced in November and the form was released this week.

Cliff will be giving a big talk at the SF Machine Learning meeting in January that will shed some light on why we've been running in stealth. The whitepaper, releasing late next week, will explain everything.

Let's just say what we are doing at Hadron is not on anyone's radar yet. We are expecting copycats, of course, hence stealth until our pipeline is ready.

I understand why this would make you apprehensive if you were an investor with a financial stake in the project, but at this time no one but the members of the team have any true stake in this project and their airdrop is just that, an airdrop. Not to mention that they didn’t actually include the word airdrop in the title of the thread until recently.

I think the team has rethought the distribution model of their project and an airdrop was included in it (in my opinion this was quite benevolent of them considering the weight their project will likely gather). This and many other aspects of the project will be revealed (I assume) in the new whitepaper.

There’s no reason for anyone to panic at this stage. The team haven’t asked for a cent yet and have instead offered us the opportunity to get involved for free in their project. Let’s make the most of this opportunity and open educated discussion on the practical applications and potentials of their project.

What kind of apps would people be interested in seeing available on the Hadron platform? What kind of features are you hoping to see realized through their project?

I highly doubt it. The team haven't even begun accepting investments for their pre-ICO. I imagine when they do this media blackout won't be around any longer and we'll see the team mentioned in many articles.


Just follow the link posted on their Telegram, register an account, fill in the form for the airdrop and edit your profile (filling in your ETH address) and just wait until they update the website. On the website it says that developments will be revealed on your home dashboard, so just keep in touch on their Telegram or through bitcointalk. It will all come together soon
