I’m pretty new to crypto, could someone explain the advantages of Hadron over Electroneum? Huh Huh Huh

Hi chayantoon. Hadron is quite different from Electroneum.  Hadron has a focus and expertise with Artificial Intelligence computations. That is not the case for Electroneum, which is more about mobile payments and transfer of gamer currencies.

Plus when you mine Hadron coins, you are doing real Artificial Intelligence computations for customers. Electroneum mobile mining is not doing real computations, per this message from Richard Ells (Electroneum's Founder):

The mobile miner is completely revolutionary way to earn cryptocurrency by "mining" on your phone. In fact your phone isn't really doing the hard work of mining the coins, that's already done - this is a mining experience. "What's that?!", I hear you say, well, our mining experience looks like a miner, feels like a miner and pays out real Electroneum cryptocurrency, just like a complex command line miner running on a linux computer - BUT all you need to do is click the "START MINING" button on a free app to earn cryptocurrency! These coins are nothing to do with the coins emitted by the blockchain as part of the blockchain reward. Blockchain miners are still vitally important to Electroneum, but full mining is too complex for the average user. The mobile miner is a separate algorithm that rewards users with ETN cryptocurrency at no cost.

I'm guessing that there will have to be cognisance of local laws. Bit with Hadron the end user is making a deliberate, hopefully informed, choice. Whereas the bitcoin scenario is not within the end users control

There are laws that govern the data that will be used for the computation tasks in Hadron. If there is a mechanism to perform the computation without accessing the data (i.e. on encrypted data) then the laws mostly would not apply. One such solution is the use of Homomorphic encryption which comes at the cost of efficiency.

Hello Team

sorry for being inactive in our community..
have been busy for my sites project.
I want to join the Hadron Beta mining.. coz I miss the Alpha mining.. my bad..

By the way.. nice partnership with AIKON looking forward for the project..

heres my device config:

Processor : Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-7400 @3.00GHz
RAM: 4Gb
VRAM: 2Gb
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Chip Type : NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030
Browser : Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Hi Stigmooo, thanks for the kudos on AIKON!  And your PC looks good for mining: just stick to Chrome for best performance. So we’ve added you to the queue for our Beta Release. (We are closed for new Alpha Mining applications.) FYI the Beta might be in 2-3 months, depending on how development goes.  In the meanwhile:

(Both are required for the Beta.) Thanks for your interest and we will email when you are activated for the Beta!

hello dev.. Im mining right now on Alpha Mining application.. i was one of the early bird of your proj.. and thanks for giving me the chance to participate with it.. for the mining its awesome.. really even if my grand parents can mine Hadron its an easy platform i mean comprehensive.. im really enjoying seeing it goes up every secs.. or minute.. more power..

Ah, sorry I misunderstood!  So if you are already in the Alpha, then you'll be automatically rolled into the Beta when that happens.

Glad to hear mining has gone well and you'd like to continue with the project!

Hi Jantapw. Your hardware looks good. Just post back what OS your machine is running and what browser you'll be using?

I earned 1100 and it got stuck. Now I have read that I need to upgrade social echelon. How to do that?

Hi pakcrypto.  The reason we have Echelons / Social Proof is to say thanks to those that have helped the project.  That can be spreading the word on social media, helping out newbies on Telegram / BitcoinTalk, writing articles, etc.

We just looked at your account and you already qualify for an Echelon Upgrade!  Thank you for helping us spread the word.
If you'd like to continue doing so, just link to any posts you make under Mining Social Proof on your Hadron Dashboard. We will certainly consider you for further upgrades in the future.

Reached the cap on my Echelon level! The alpha mining experience has been great so far and I've written a few posts about it. Would love to keep mining! Requesting an echelon level review.

Glad to hear mining has gone well, purenarcotic!

And thanks for letting us know that you've been getting the word out.  We'd be happy to review your Mining Social Proof and Echelon Levels, probably within the next day or two.

So just want to confirm that those who have mined or are mining in Alpha, will definitely be eligible to mine in BETA by default?
Also, for mining does your hardware matter or all it matters is how many instances you are running as per your level.
Aslo, if its using CPU, I do not see any CPU load increased after I start mining, so not sure how realistic it is using my computing power?

A1. Alpha miners are eligible for beta mining.

A2. Hardware used for mining matters. For example if your PC has a graphic card, you will mine more than a similar PC without a graphic card. Internet speed also plays a  role as the current tasks in alpha are image  classification and require downloading images. Think of hardware as additive increase, and the increase in number of tabs for mining (determined by Echelon) as multiplicative increase in the amount you earn for mining.

A3. The miner uses your computer to perform calculations. The amount of CPU used depends on the type of task being performed. I see a small increase in my CPU load when I start mining. This will become more significant when you are mining with multiple tabs at higher echelons.

Bitcoin is not a currency or asset. Its a MOVEMENT
