already many told you that softcap is a Hard Cap (minimum which is necessary for start of the project). Hard Cap -this hard cover (the maximum that is needed to start and successfully develop the project). When I plan to invest in the project, I study it in detail and make an investment, only if the project has collected softcap. It's safe

Hard cap and soft cap are the another terms that tells about the limits that thing can reach.
In cryptocurrency the hard cap tells the highest market value while the soft cap is the lowest market value it will reach which is a bracket for the amount of your investment.

The soft cap is the minimum amount needed to sustain the continual of the project while the hard cap is the maximum amount  that can be accepted for the project. This means that there is always a minimum and maximum amount set for every project, that is whenever the maximum (Hard Cap) is reached for a particular project, they will not accept any further contribution, and whenever the minimum (Soft Cap) is not reached for a particular project, that project cannot continue because it does not have the required amount to run the project.

it is very important that the team will explain how they will spend money, why they need this or that amount. you need a clearly described budget, this helps to determine the prospects of the project.

What is the difference of hard cap to soft cap? Did we base on this if we are going to invest in altcoins? Share your comments.
Many projects require a soft cap to be reached or they refund all investors with their invested funds.

Hard cap is the maximum amount that can be invested.

The hard cap is the maximum capital needed on the project. If the ICO reaches its hard cap early the token will be distributed earlier than its planned to. While soft cap the minimum amount of funds needed to proceed the project.

The projects commonly use these two terms to be the scale or measurement of the success of the token sale.
The soft cap is the minimum amount of the token that must be required to sell to the investors. Commonly, the project that cannot reach the soft cap during the ICO will stop their token sale or project, or cancel and then refund to the investors, and also cancel of anything related to project promotion. Therefore, many projects always try to reach the softcap.
The hardcap itself is the maximum token sale that is effectively provided by the developer. When the project gets its hardcap, it means that the project is very successful. Commonly, they will stop the ICO when the coin has reached the hardcap and soon send the tokens to the investors.
In my opinion, it is important to see the soft cap and hardcap of a project to measure the success of a project.

soft cap is the minimum amount of money set by project after the reaching of which ICO is considered successful. If not they give back funds to investors. Consequently hard cap is a maximum amount of money the project can raise from ICO. After reaching hard cap ICO ends.

In simple terms,
Soft Cap = minimum funds required for the project, alternatively, this is the minimum amount that is required by the ICO. If SoftCap is not reached, ICO is cancelled and the amounts are refunded back to investor

Hard Cap = Maximum funds the project can raise from ICO. Above this cap, ICO will not accept any more funds from investors.

If the project does not get softcup-we do not get money for bounty. Hardcup frequently overstated in order to collect from investors more money. Why so much money developers-incomprehensibly.

Investing into ICOs with reached soft cap is less risky than investing into the projects that are barely supported by invsetors. You are safe as the company’s start is already secured. If it reaches Hard Cap- congratulations, the project can start to do every step that they have planned. It does not mean its impact will be greater than the impact of other companies, but in terms of finances, they should be safe and go for their goals.

Softcap is usually the lowest amount ICO needs, Hard cap is the maximum amount ICO needs.
It is important for investors in review sort cap and hard cap :
+ The softcap and the hardcap are based on numbers and real plans of project
+ The softcap and the hardcap is low so that investors have to buy tokens after listing rather than during ICO

If the project get soft cap - it'll work. It's the most important thing for me in choosing it. The soft cap is the must meet requirement or the project doesn't move forward and everyone who participated in the ICO will receive a refund.  The hard cap is the maximum amount of funds that the project will accept and then the ICO is considered completed and no one else can participate.

Soft Cap and Hard Cap in ICO are a minimum and a maximum that they are going to collect in ICO . If the ICO sale reach its soft cap, the project will continue or if not they will return the money that they collect from investors. Hard cap is the maximum that they will collect for the project which means if the ICO sale reach the hard cap, the ICO is very successful on its goal to pursue the project.

Softcap and hardcap are the measurement of the ICOs success for me. If the softcap is reach then there is a possibility that the project will success! Specially if the hardcap is reach during the campaign period. Some of ICOs are bullish and the possibility of getting the hardcap takes a few time!

Any company that builds an ICO project under a clear roadmap to call for capital from the community. This roadmap needs to be mobilized to continue the idea and realize that project in reality. Softcap is the minimum amount to continue the project and maintain the roadmap for a period of time including partner search ... Hardcap is the maximum amount to carry out the project, testing and putting into practice. With complete work processes including marketing strategy, marketing, infrastructure construction set in time prediction.

Softcap is like testing the sales with minimum offer!  Hardcap on the other hand is the real campaign.  Hard cap has taken in to consideration the total estimate for the development of the project and it's sustainability.

Hard cap and soft cap are not important. What matters is how many shares you will own. Is not a reliable person to do.
