money then they wont really be touching gambling in the first place or simply made out some bets but on a very minimal amount that they could use but since human beings are naturally greedy
then there are indeed times which we cant really able to resist such thing.
You are describing what is compulsive behavior. Problem gamblers don't just lose money and think it's okay what they are doing, they know it's wrong, they know they have to stop gambling, they know they shouldn't take a loan to keep gambling, etc. but the addiction gets the better of them and leads them to keep gambling while they are in a kind of trance even though they know the consequences.
Exactly and their main motivation by doing such deeds is the thinking that with this amount of money, that I borrowed or that I had to pass the month I will recover the money I lost and maybe I will even win more money back. That leads inevitably to destruction and it takes serious effort to stop such compulsive behavior. The OP here acknowledged his fault,he knew he was wrong and is not going to repeat it which is different from a compulsory behavior.
That's a wrong mentality already, it only showed that they are gambling on what they cannot afford anymore, and the fact that they are thinking of recovering their losses, will only make them lose more as they will not give up until they will fully recover their losses. Sometimes, losing discipline in gambling will result to bigger problem, as instead of using an strategy that will work, we are only following our emotion.
lost track on where you would definitely be chasing up your losses and having those impressions and thinking that you could possibly able to recover on what you had lost which is really a very wrong mindset.
Play on the amount that you could only afford to lose because if you do go beyond that point then you would really be creating these kind of actions which is something that creates even
more or greater problem.
