No.  It matters if I am there sometime between 15:00 and 15:10.  Nothing else matters.

If I am there from 14:30 to 14:59 I am not allowed to leave because of a no show.  If they are there at 15:05 they are not allowed to complain of a no show before 15:11.

BFL have made everyone's refund trigger finger very twitchy when there is even the faintest whiff of over promising and under delivering.

I think that is a fair question.   They would not deliver to the office but there should be stuff at the Montreal assembler.   Obviously, there would be cases/fans etc. there by now.   I am not sure if people are there, but a few pictures would go a long way.   Or maybe a few screen shots from TSMC's great order system where you can monitor the status of your chip through the process.   I think CIARA Tech has the same type of portal that you can see your job status.

This was known "traffic arbitrage".  Not the founder.  Yes, and the bios highlight the best company names also, not necessarily the most recent, that is typical of a bio.
If you can dig up dirt on Uniquify or TSMC as not being capable of designing this chip and producing and packaging this chip, then I am interested.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
 
Maximize the revenue streams from content placed through alternative (non-kink.com) distribution channels and oversee the collection and editing of content for Behind Kink in order to maximize the value of the property.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Manage relationship with alternative content distribution channel partners.
    Edit content for marketing needs including but not limited to promotional content.
    Edit and deliver content/assets to distribution channel partners.
    Coordinate the collection of content from throughout the Kink.com organization for use on Behind Kink.
    Responsible for shooting content for Behind Kink when needed.
    Ensure that Behind Kink is updated a minimum of 2 times each month.
    Manage and organize media, source tapes and spit tapes.
    Update and maintain stock footage database.
    Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

    Knowledge of industrial video cameras and shooting concepts.
    Knowledge of editing software: Final Cut Pro 5.1.4.

When it comes to Sierra upgrades: Offering upgrades from the BJ case to the Sierra case for Batch 1 customers would be a nice gesture, but personally I don't care about the case since it will be easy to make the modules work with any off the shelf case anyway.

Only problem is legally they may only need to refund the US amount you paid.
