Question on you ZeusMiner Thunder X3, 1. are they available now? 2. Why is the shipping cost so high on this? I live in Canada and it wants to charge me $200+ for shipping, thats insane, I can get 4 car tires shipped from the states for that price. Why is the shipping price so ridiculously high. It ruins the over price of the item for me.

Probably because of insurance.

Buy one that's already in Canada... there are lots for sale now.

Are you retarded, they are charging 1550 for each of those, why would any sane person do that when they are being sold by retail sites from anywhere between 600-750. Even with 200 for shipping it still half of the price of the link  you just recommended

Don't buy from any of these sites. Once they get your money, they can do anything they want.

Try to find miners on ebay, use paypal, only there you can get fully protected.

Ordered a Gridseed Blade Plus (5Mh+)

Order is now marked as Awaiting Shipment

What exactly does this mean?  I see it is now out of stock.

Today I received my gridseed blade plus, it was packed very well, delivered within 2,5 days to NL (including a DHL detour via Brussels)
It was practically plug & play and running perfectly.

Congrats. 2.5 days is very nice. For me, 4 days passed and I can't track my package... Sad

Delivery amazingly quick, Bitmain used DHL once and it took 7 days to receive it I am guessing Hashra is paying little bit of premium for faster delivery.

Packaging was good, after Bitmain's S2 debacle I am worrying when miners are shipped but everything was bubble wrap including the cables :-)

However having issue with 3 of my blades (out of 5), I am hoping they are covered under the warranty or at least they can repair it. So far Simon has been great in term of communication and shipment.

As for your shipping problem, we guarantee you we have shipped it.

We are trying to contact the shipping company to sort out the tracking number issue. Will get back to you as soon as we get an answer.

Understood, I'll wait...

Very sorry for the wait. The shipping company's system takes some time to load up orders and it says check back a few hours later, and since they r currently out of office we can't call them. We have double checked the records and the number is correct. Don't worry : )

Thank you for your patience.

I would appreciate it if you could reply me via email before post on bitcointalk from now on.

Thank you for your support.

Hi,

Delivery 1 shipped on Tuesday evening (China), delivered this morning.
Delivery 2 shipped on Wednesday morning (China), delivered this afternoon.

Last time DHL took a whole week to delivery my order, this is a record for me... Now I have to wait another hour to get to home to play with my new toys :-)

When is the Hashra Controlla going to be updated to include basics such as failover?  LightningAsic's software is looking really promising, but I haven't tried it yet.  They are doing auto-overclocking per chip.  Very cool stuff.

Failover is available now in the latest version of HASHRA CONTROLA (Now called MINI because we have ATLANTIS and BLADE version coming).

Can be downloaded at hashra.com/support

I logged into my miners and clicked "update controlla" but it says version 1.3.3.1 is the latest.  What's the deal?  The Support page only has an img for V1.4.0.  Do I need to reimage my SD cards?

Having the ability to define multiple pools would be nice, if HASHRA can implement such a change.
Right now, im experiencing instability in both my Raspberry pi nodes and have updated to the latest image. Seems every few hours the miners go offline and need a hard power cycle to get them back.
It's problematic since my miners are at home and im at work all day, so I miss a good portion of daytime mining as a result.
As a company, HASHRA is an excellent and reliable company. The only down side is the long-time it takes to ship to the US. It took 2 weeks to get my GSDs from them, about half that in the pre-shipping status internal to HASHRA.

Hi Usao

Thanks for the feedback.

Not sure what version you are on now but the latest version 1.4.0, now has failover support.
This can be downloaded at hashra.com/support

Obviously they should not be shutting down every few hours, please make sure the "restart" is set to "0".
There are obviously a number of reasons as to why this could be happening with your miners, there is a good thread here about the firmware, someone here maybe able to help too: bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=524770.0

Sorry about any long wait in getting your miners out to you, something we are continuously working on I assure you.
