There's always multiple vendors who sell GPUs with every release, fear not. I'd just stick with the 470s anyways as the performance boost will be modest to nothing, 500 series cards are mostly just core boosted and memory boosted 400 series cards. 590 is what I'm waiting for since that's the real stuff we're looking at.

IF you want to know the speed of the RX 570, just overclock your 470 to 1300Mhz core and there are your results ...
Result will be in huge power consumption.Polaris is good on eth and eth dual ... and there is no need to push higher then 1100-1170 gpu clock ...
In algos where only compute power not mem bandw and latency matters polaris suxx. (comparing to nvidia)

I got some info about 5xx card:
It has same memory as 4xx and alightly better core
Another change is with bios.. it will be better optimized and maybe little more energy efficient.. hard to say something more.. next test in next week..

no more modding bios becuse you can't use older driver with new card
so don't wait RX 5xxThere are ways to patch amd driver files for the newer drivers to work with modded bioses as far as i know
