If I counted all my losses, it is probably more than the amount I've won.
It for sure nobody wants to count their losses and forget the past instead, they just face what they can today and count their winnings. I don't think that it was helpful to record our losses cause for me, it only reminds all of the mistakes I've done before and even bothering me to recover such losses.

I forget the exact amount of all my losses.. but my estimate is around 0.4-0.7 BTC (not too big). I lost the most money in sports betting and lotteries. the lottery is what makes me lose the most, maybe because my ambition is too big to win the lottery 
If you're not keeping track of your profitability, then it is very likely that you have a gambling problem.
As with any gambling experience, the goal is to win money. If you are not even tracking how much you have lost, how can you possibly take please in your wins?

Anyone really count on it? I don't think anyone betting on casinos never have this habit because people who love casino may not have that much patience to do all the calculations but the sport betters have this habit,they will note everything what they made and what they lose because its just a part of their habit since they have lot of analysis work before the bets.
I have made a similar thread before but I locked it already it made me realize I might quit or someone might quit gambling immediately if he realized how much money he loses until now. But maybe some might consider it as an inspiration to win it all back

I don't remember how much I lost in gambling because I don't play every day, and I don't use too big money. But sometimes, I remember the amount of money that I have been used for a gamble, especially if I used some amount of coin. For example, if I used 2k of dogecoin, I can remember it for a day, but on the other days, I don't know how much amount I spent in the last game. Maybe I used $10 in one day, and the other day, I used only $5 because that will depends on how good my mood in playing gambling.

Well i gamble a lot but i have never bought any crypto to gamble with. I only play with online earned money. So in the end I am still in profit.

One thing is good that you decided to come out of it and doing well now without gambling as well . Else those who get addicted to it can lose lot of money and also may. It come out of it . People should learn from this experiences and also keep a tab of their losses.

I am not an addictive gambler, as I play, I know when to stop already and what is only my limit on playing but this year I am to the side of losing. LOL. Although I lose what I can afford to lose so it is fine with me. Over the years I am into losing side but I don't regret that because it is just a small amount and I know how I discipline myself when it comes in gambling. I have not, and I have no intentions to do it either, it will just disturb mental peace. One thing though, once you have realized gambling is not worth it, it's better to leave it.

You are lucky you only loss that much, that amount is so manageable so you should be okay even if they keep losing. In my case, that's just my minimum bet in sports betting and sometimes I could go higher than that amount depending on the type of game and if I get heated while playing. It's really important to learn how to control ourselves in gambling and to make sure that we always stay on our limit so gambling will not result to ruining our life.

so that means you only played for a short time?because Mountain Bikes does not amount that Big.or you just played with small amount each time

Nope I wouldn't do it cause it will really make me disappointed with all the lose I incurred on my gambling. I just always make sure that I will not be exceeding mo my limit when I'm going to casino or any gambling establishment. I'm started to create accounts on some famous online gambling sites that accept crypto too, maybe this time I will try to monitor my losses ( hopefully none). Many people here will probably say the same feedback like me, cause it's really hard to count when youre at loss but too easy to remember when you won.
Mostly, the gamblers don't have time to count the exact amount of money lose in gambling games but many people did estimate the amount that they have loss. I even know someone who estimate his total amount of money that he lose and compare it to the amount he won and the result is the estimated amount that he won did not reach 50% of the estimated amount that he lose in gambling.
