Would it just make our feeling worse if we care about our losses? Because for me the only reason why loss are important is for us to avoid getting that lost again overtime. And if just go back to that problem often, it will just put us in a psychological state where we could not focus on thinking positive and be stuck on that losses.
there are some people that very specific in every single amount they spend even if this is for foods, housing, clothing or even luxury so as their gambling budget that is why they are making a ledger indicating their losses or even how much they win so it is depend on the person on how he is dealing with gambling.
but we have same thoughts that it is better if we forget our losses and just remember the enjoyment of playing.

Short answer.... "no".
Long answer.... "no because I have no loses"! Roll Eyes
Impossible! Everyone suffers losses from gambling.
I cannot believe that you haven't lose any of your money - the only way you won't do so is if you have been gambling for a little time and you haven't yet come to the point of starting losing!
Yeah, it is impossible to stand long in gambling without experiencing loses. I too think the gambler is in his early days into gambling, because initially majority of the gamblers experience winning though they don't have much knowledge about gambling strategies and tricks. Once the losing streaks begin there'll be random wins and loses. Another thing these days gambling sites give detailed info on the profit and loses on the account itself.
It is possible to have no losses if you don't play in the first place. I think he is not a gambler that take risks or maybe he gamble by using only faucets or what (IMO).
We all know that there is no way that an individual gambler won't be having losses from the start he gamble.
From the very start I know that gambling will either give money or lose money but as I estimated I proved that gambling is more likely just wasting money yes sometimes a gambler can win a big amount of money but without that person's realization he/#she didn't think how much money that has been spent or waste in short if we weight the lose and amount from winning I'm sure lose money is heavier. Just like what personally happened to me, at first I only use cash to gamble from doing job using cryptocurrency or faucet and airdrop, but without me noticing I starting to use my money just to play and after waking up before the most terrible nightmare I reflect myself and estimate the cash I lose, I regret because with that money I can see things that could help me and my family to provide our needs. So I stop playing because I will mot lose money anymore if I don't play again.

i think i lost a lot but i can't remember how much, if i think of it maybe ill cry because of that much money i can be able to have a business already
but thats life, once your hook, there is no coming back, only regrets, if im not mistaken i already spend like 10000$ in gambling, and im not happy with that
thats my regret in life that i do gambling , but its already the past and im trying to move on from it, start by not remembering that bitter moment and trying
to smile everyday i hope there will be a chance that ill be able to get what i lost
When you start to play gambling? Did you lose almost $10.000 it was from you began?

Greatfully you still remember it or at least you will make it as an experience when intend to start gambling again.

Losing a lot of money just for play gambling is really terrible, moreover you use the money for your daily need. That was a learning to avoid it again, became a gambling addict won't make you happy. It will always be imagined and even become a phobia that can just destroy your life.

Its not necessary to count your losses because it will only bring sad memories or regrets. Even you remember or estimated it all what good can it bring?

Losing is part of gambling and we should know this before putting at risk our money unless you're playing to have fun.

Winding down.
Sometimes yes sometimes no.. it doesn't matter, a loss is  a loss and what's important is I am enjoying what I am doing.
This is what we do if we are gambling for entertainment, otherwise, we will get disappointed knowing we keep losing, the thrill will be gone.

maybe someday if I will really focus on my journey being a sports bettor, I will surely have some tally on my performance and money, so I will know my real chances in the long run.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
I didn't experience much loss in gambling, because for now I rarely play.
Then your comment is biased one because you dont play. This topic would be more informative if you were a gambler and played more frequently.

But I remember the time every day I played gambling, There is always lost money as it loses, but I forgot how much, but not big because I was only a player with small amount, and I was still afraid to play with big amount. So I can still control it.
Your post makes zero sense. If you are playing less then your losses will be less compared to someone who plays everyday. The average money spent per day is applicable only when players in comparison are playing at a fixed interval.

Then again losing money in gambling is nothing new and which is why people should refrain from chasing losses and trying to win lost money back.

When i gambe i just lose only 10$-20$

Losing $10-$20 is okay, but that will be a problem if you are too often to lose that amount. It is better to use $10-$20 in many times of playing gambling than to lose that amount in one time only. Maybe you can use $20 to buy a low price coin like Dogecoin and send it into your account on the gambling website so you can gamble anytime. But you need to limit the amount if you want to play and don't spend all of the amounts in one day so you can have another chance to play the next day.

Some people are losing $100 daily or $200 a week or $500 a week how about you
Have you counted or estimate all your losses and thought what all your losses could you buy, do you sometimes stop and think on all of this.
I'm not a big gambler but I estimate I could already buy a good class mountain bike with all my losses, how about you?
When i gambe i just lose only 10$-20$ because i have no hrdd work here.  And that capital if i calculate may loses is big than my winning. So we need to be smart if we entering gamble we can be a wiser person i think we need a luck also for that so we can get a profit or win a big.
100$-500$ is very big amount for a capital in building.

I'm used to counting money.
Income / expenses, it has become so habitual that I can’t imagine how I used to live without it. I regard gambling more as entertainment with the possibility of earning.
However, I record the income and expenses from gambling in a standard format, like the usual flows of my funds. It's all exactly my money, and money loves counting.

You got the right mindset. People like you are the ones to succeed monetarily. Every movement that involves money is calculated according to its risk level. I will also try to do this. Because sometimes when youa are enjoying too much, we forget that we are also spending more than enough of our budget.
People who have a good mindset makes a good money management, calculating both earnings and expenses can limit you up or allow you
to balance your bankroll. Though it's really hard to control when you are calculating your loses as you might be tempted to play back when
you see that you have funds to try to win back those previous losses that you have. Controlling is very needed to make sure that you are
in the positive side of this activities.

Playing gambling is enjoying, and if you are looking pure fun in and also gain some extra profit, your goal is to enjoy the game. Still, most of us, while enjoying the game, we didn't notice how much the money we lose every time we play. Me as a gambler too, I always playing a different kind of gambling every time because this is part of my daily routine, I need to gamble first before I finish the task I need to be pass. I just set a value of money to control and limit the possible money that I can lose. One of my most significant losses in gambling is just almost a 150 dollar because I become desperate to earn back the money, then I risk my wage, and all in the last money I have, we also called max bet. Then I regret my decision because by the end of the day I didn't get any profit.

I lost about 0.2 BTC on losses in 2019. People are hard to stop while betting and losing. I had the same situation, I tried to hope that I would be lucky next time until I lost my 0.2 BTC.
With 0.2 BTC, maybe I can buy a new computer or a terrain bike.

Some of us have our different lucky day, we are trying to play gambling because we are hoping we can get a profit by just playing, but it is not happening. Still, we just received is just a loss and deduction on our money, Sometimes we regret those mistakes and wrong decisions, but still, by the end of the day, we must think positive and trying to earn back the money we lose but not risking all of our assets.
