Yes I do,when gambling I will look for the payout difference with bet amount,if I lose more bets than my winning after placing few bets then I will stop betting on that day then begin fresh on a new day and won't remember the yesterday's or past loss from bets. This makes me not worrying about the losses, just feel the pleasure on that day.

Some people are losing $100 daily or $200 a week or $500 a week how about you
Have you counted or estimate all your losses and thought what all your losses could you buy, do you sometimes stop and think on all of this.
I'm not a big gambler but I estimate I could already buy a good class mountain bike with all my losses, how about you?

No, I mean no way or don't have a reason to do so. Remembering how much I already loss will result in just chasing it which might affect my strategy to win.
and that is what exactly will happen if we need to remember the losses, and besides being happy while playing means we dont lose at all because we enjoy our money.
Quote
A loss is a loss and what I need to focus on is only the winning no matter what.
another perfect answer because we need to seek for winning and not another losing.
Quote
And remembering losses will give a person a regret like what you said which is you could already buy a good mountain bike out of that losses.
regrets when talking about gambling is stupidity because we should have done the things and never gamble at all,but since its already happened then move on.

Thinking of a loss for me is foolish because it only leads to endless regrets. It might be good to experience and correct deficiencies in gambling but if to calculate the amount of loss in my opinion it is useless.

Regretting them is just as foolish as denying or ignoring. You should remember your losses and lean from it. Going into depression over them is bad but acting like nothing happened is just as bad.

I remember all my losses and frequently check stats and bet history on different services. I run statistics to make sure I'm not too far gone. After all gambling comes down to simple math.
If I'm gambling and unfortunately loss my funds, I immediately forget it and move on because I don't want to get stressed about it and in the end I can't get it anymore unless I will gamble again.

I don't know why I can move on easily with my losses. Maybe because I'm ready with the worst situation that may happen to my funds when I gamble Cheesy. After all, I just want to gamble for fun (and for profits too) and I'm still ok if I loss all of my funds.

Estimating my over-all losses in gambling is impossible to perfrom because I'm profitable. Perhaps I can estimate my over-all earnings in gambling but it may be irrelevant to this post. It's somehow difficult for me to measure my over-all loss if there is any since I'm spending my winnings also which should be subtracted from the losses and those winnings are difficult to measure also because I'm doing it for several years.

Not really, I don’t because I might only be stressed knowing how much i’ve lost already even though I only use my spare money. For me, trying to count your losses will only add pressure on you playing most especially if you’ve lost a lot already. If you gamble just do it for fun and don’t bet big so that you will not lose big as well.

People who play for fun and enjoyment does not really have to count losses because you would be in a state where you will stop after some time as you do not gamble just to make money out of it. Also good thing is that you play with just spare money and just which is used for your daily purpose.

If I were going to count most of my losses ever since I was starting to gamble I would have my own house right now. lol
But I wouldn't be here if I didn't lose or didn't play gambling ever since because I would be doing something probably my other life. Although I remember the day when I lost most of my money because I was foolish at that time but it did gave me a very good lesson in life.
that's too big mate ,meaning you are a regular gambler?or addicted to it?since you have lose that amount of money.
well maybe this time you have learn your lesson?and controlling the amount to spend in playing?

i hope so because that amount is enough to teach us good things over bad.

I'm not certain about the exact amount of my losses but I think I can buy a brand new ps4 console with that. It's not too awful for me everytime I remember it because I know there are a lot of people experience worse than me. On the other hand, it's still worth it for me since I gambe with fun and there is no one should be blame of becuse it's pure luck based game. Despite of that, I'm still optimistic in gambling and wouldn't bw descourage to stop as long as I still find myself in fully control.

You will have more than a house right now if you are not playing gambling Grin

I heard that one person in my neighborhood had been sold his house because of gambling. He is one of the wealthiest people in our community, and we don't know his addiction to gamble until one of his family says that he has been asking for helped to sell that house to pay back the debt. From that, we are lived in the same neighborhood was shocked and not expected that he is an addiction gambling.

That gives me to think about the risk of losing the money from being addicting is not feasible for other people, and that is why we agree on help other people who tend to addicting, not just gambling addiction. The risk is not worth what we will get later, so we need to take care of ourselves.

I cannot keep track on all of them anymore, or perhaps it is already impossible tracking all my gambling expenses. If it only involves online betting sites and casinos, it is very possible. But since I place a lot of bets outside the web, played beat game, poker, in-between, bet on cockfighting, lotteries, and many more for several years already, my losses cannot be tracked anymore. But I have to be generous to myself and estimate that I am on a break-even.  Grin

But the more exciting question is that, with all those losses, do you still continue gambling? If yes, I suggest you avoid looking back at your losses and imagine what it could have bought you.  Grin

I lost about 0.2 BTC on losses in 2019. People are hard to stop while betting and losing. I had the same situation, I tried to hope that I would be lucky next time until I lost my 0.2 BTC.
With 0.2 BTC, maybe I can buy a new computer or a terrain bike.
at least you have tried to double your money right?because if you got won that time maybe your statement are different from this?lol

that is the common reaction after losing,we are regretting why we need to spend our money for gambling but the truth is while we are on table?we are very confident and happy until Luck leaves us right?

Regret is indeed a general reaction but when we try to remember the losses then we will grow a sense of emotion so we will not focus on gambling instead will be suggested to pursue more losses.

I count my loses in terms of bitcoin and ethereum, because all were wagered in terms of the same. With what I've lost out of gambling now I could've stayed happy without any debts. Now I've got debts worth two bitcoins in present price. Hope I'll get recovered from all my debts that happened out of my bad luck, greed and playing without limitations and knowledge on the different forms of gambling.

Anyone really count on it? I don't think anyone betting on casinos never have this habit because people who love casino may not have that much patience to do all the calculations but the sport betters have this habit, they will note everything what they made and what they lose because its just a part of their habit since they have lot of analysis work before the bets.
yes! those people who gamble on games like dice, blackjack, roulette etc won't bother to count it all.

they come to a casino , feel the atmosphere , walking around and place bet here and there randomly hope for nothing but if it is a winning just be grateful  Cheesy Cheesy and if it was a loss that is okay they consider it as a ticket to get the entertainment, so sometimes it is not even crossed in their mind to counting how much they have loss as it will only bring a misery and an endless regret .
pretty different when it comes to sportsbetting people often calculate everything , make an excel file etc as it is not just a game of luck.

spotsbetting require a serious bankroll management , if you did not estimate your losses , you won't be able to manage a better steady profit in the long term.

This types of numbers make my stomach turn just imagining losing 500 in a week for betting
For me it is all for fun and I might lose close to $100 in a month then I am happy and ok with that

I did not count as much as I lost in gambling.
i believe that there are only few that can do this as task, because gamblers play with no desired amount to spend so whenever they felt like quitting or when they already lose the money in their pocket then thats the sign of going home.
At least I enjoy what I get from playing gambling even though I have losing more than I won.
that matters al mate, the enjoyment we have while we are playing thats enough to treasure when we lose.
Sometimes a lot of losing yesterday will be forgotten if in the future we win a lot so just relax.
thats only a burden if we count the losses better leave them in past and move forward lol

Calculating yesterday's losses may make sense and still remember how much the losses are, but if estimating or calculating losses in the past or a long time I think it's impossible to remember unless recorded or have experienced the biggest loss it is likely to be remembered.
but in my opinion there is no point in remembering defeat unless there are a few things, because it will provoke ambition to make up for a painful defeat so when bets become unfocused because of thinking about a loss beforehand, it's good to let the loss disappear and forget so that when you bet you can focus, and defeat will be a lesson or as a correction so that you play more carefully and more disciplined because your goal is just to have fun.
