I do believe BCH could act as hedge for BTC in next few months, so want to have more if it's dumped.

agreed BCC is like free money since you got it from just holding BTC , but id rather sell at least 50% of my FREE coin before the price goes downhill and theres still a decent gain then if the price somehow skyrockets past 1k then you just sell the other 50% ... better be safe then sorry imo , or you can just do what i do and sell your BCC then exchange it for another smaller coin and keep flipping / day trading until you make 5x off your BCC sale which was free money in the end of things Cheesy

Geez. So BCC was given to people who held BTC for free? Was it EVERYONE? Or just people who had a lot of Bitcoin?  Huh

Man... I really missed out on the golden years of Crypto.

it will be interesting to see where BCC goes in the next 6 months to a year, never expected it to preform as well as it has

I don't think so over one year we probably will go to bear market and this is not funny at all to any coin.
BCH will fall apart probably then. You need to be aware that we have really many diffrect ICOs/coins that have unique features while BCH have 8MB...
WHat is that ? ETH have 1 blion in ICOs on it... BTC is world wice digitalcurrency and BCH what ? 8MB ? Cheesy...

I have dumped 25% of my BCH from the chain splitting at 0.25 BTC some weeks ago. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones, who has stored its coins on Bittrex while the chain split happend. People who did were able to dump at a price of 0.5 BTC or more. Price was so high, because BTC deposits were not possible at that moment. So there was a limited supply vs. fomo crowd who heard about Bitcoin Cash in the mass media. The result was a heavy rising price which collapsed right after deposits had been enabled. Apart from this I am long / mid term bullish for BCH and my plan is to dump it when the next real BTC fud will happen.

I have already traded half of my Bitcoin Cash into other altcoins, and I am planning to keep the rest of my Bitcoin Cash in my wallet and see how the development of this altcoin will goes in the future, maybe the price of it will rise in the future as there are more sites supporting Bitcoin Cash now as compared to the past.

Still holding here. I will never sell my bitcoin cash because I see that bitcoin cash has a big potential to become a threat to bitcoin. SInce the transaction fees are extremely high and slow, bitcoin cash will be used instead of bitcoin in the future. 8mb block is our future even though It can be attacked

I would have if Jaxx supported it already, instead of doing their shitty 30 days of coins.

I personally doesn't have any BCC at the time where the fork happened. And I felt so sad after the fork that I didn't received free money. Well I think it is for the better for me not to have that. BCC is a shitcoin anyway.

Have you dumped your BCC yet? If yes, explain the following:

1) What method did you use to dump it? Did you get the split from a Bitcoin Core wallet or other method to store your private keys?
2) If you selected an exchange, in what exchange did you send your coins to receive the split?
3) Have you sold yet? If so, in what exchange and how much have you sold?

Even before BCC was distributed, I was already thinking that this BCC thing is good for dumping because it is just nothing less but a copycat of Bitcoin. It is through Bittrex that I received and dumped my little share of Bitcoin Cash. At the end of the day, I realized I should have waited for a while.

1) electron cash importing the private key
2) no
3) sold asap. all of it. bittrex.

Hey all i still have not claimed by bitcoin cash yet.  Im curious but to those ppl that dumped all their bitcoin cash, what is the average price most ppl dumped it at?  Because i recalled when this occurred... it went as high as 780 dollars or something on bittrex?  I also recall someone mentioned it hit 1200 at one point?  Is that true or false because i do not see 1200 as the price at any point with bitcoin cash.

What price did most ppl on average would you say got rid of bitcoin cash?  Would you say its under 500 dollars?  What was the price when everyone was getting rid of it?

The other thing is if you get rid of it, what should you get rid of it for?  Should you get bitcoin?  Or another altcoin etc?

Yes. BCC is too unstable for my taste, the hashrate fluctuates a lot and so the block confirmation time.

I just consider bitcoin cash as free money and will be always get dumped whenever it reach certain price, as it ever reach over $1000, I guess it has a chance to recover, back to $1K once more or even persist at that price someday. But, bitcoin has great devs team and many people support it which makes people will choose to use bitcoin as the major digital currency which can be used in various sectors and treat altcoins for trading purpose. But, bitcoin cash could hold $569 right now, not bad.

OMG!

1. You have no argument as to why BCC will always get dumped (a statement is not an argument),
2. Bitcoin certainly does not have great developers. They are  average at best, which is why the whole fucking tx fee crap started, as they failed to take care of a simple problem 2 years ago.
3. Many people support bitcoin? How many? It is not supported in the mainstream, and no financial institution of repute backs it.

Jesus.

I kept my coins on bittrex before the fork and had them already credited there so easy to buy/sell them. I chose to dump all my coins because I don't see the long term viability of BCC.
Discarding Bitcoin Cash coins turned out to be a predictable correct decision, as its course, having risen slightly, continues to fall and fall. He had difficulties with the extraction of blocks and the few miners who supported this coin began to leave and toss it. Bitcoin Cash is not a viable altcoyin. It is necessary to get rid of it.

Maybe,  but you have made a series of statements without any attempt to apply reasoning and premises.

I would say that you are not a good source to take guidance from.
