I see a lot of people here talking about gambling responsibly. Yes, that is something very true, but have you ever been a gambling addict?
To be honest in the past I have spent a lot of money gambling. What I mean here is that I spent all my savings on gambling. Maybe the nominal amount is not that big but it makes me feel like a gambling addict. I spent 5 months of my savings on gambling. Currently I am aware and am in the stage of improving my own financial condition. Have you ever felt like a gambling addict? and how much did you lose in gambling?
As a gambler there must be a time that one will be an addict, it is when you have lost so much and learnt a hard lesson from your addiction that will make you discipline yourself. What I mean is that there was a time that I was so addicted to gambling because I misunderstood that gambling should be for fun, but I was seeing it as a means to make profit. I lost so big that it affected my financial life. I have to quit gambling for two years before I started gambling again, but this time I only gamble for fun with the little amount that I cam afford to lose.
Such a rethinking and difficult path has occurred for many, but what is important is what conclusions the person made after all this. Unfortunately, very often there are none. I'm glad that you've reached the level where you can bet for fun, even though you had to pay quite a price for it. There are also those who will not be able to understand this in their entire lives; they will constantly bet and lose and will never bet for fun. Something similar happened to me, so I understand you well.
There will also be those who, having reached your level, will reach a bet that will infuriate them and they will again go to another circle that they went through earlier and learned nothing.
There's no gambler that'll proudly day that he's never been addicted to gambling ever in his life and that's because of how addictive gambling can be. That been said, it's one thing to become addicted to gambling and totally a different thing to fight the addiction before it gets out on hand because living with the addiction is very detrimental and can easily ruin a a person's future.
I was once deeply addicted to gambling before and it was so bad that I was totally unable to save a dime rather I was constantly using every cent that I get to gamble and it was a very sad experience. I had to fight against it and luckily enough, I got over it
I'm glad to see you here and that you pulled it off. Now we are sharing our experience, this can motivate other BTT users, but at the same time, not everyone succeeds. My experience is stored in my head, and even though they say that you can break down at any moment, this will not happen to me. I have seen enough broken lives because of this, even if it was online and not offline. I regularly look at sad stories of people, they make me feel that one step is enough to be on this side, this line is very thin. Ultimately, either you overcome the addiction or it defeats you. I think you and I definitely won it.
Additions are always bad, it is never a good thing, for now the things that can be presented are diverse, because we will always seek to have fun and money, but in games of chance it is that, simply having good luck so that things go well for us That is why in order not to fall into addictions we have to show and have many rules, because that is a very hard case, it is normal that when a person has an addiction things become very bad, we have to control what we can do , for For example , one of the things we can do before entering a casino to play is to look for the money that we are willing to lose, so that it does not affect our life or our expenses in any way, because in that case it would not be good to commit money that we cannot lose, that is the first Sign that shows that things are going to go wrong, an addiction is the worst thing that can Happen, so it must be avoided with rules , with our own Rules.
For those who are Addicted , it is difficult to leave that World, it is like doing a Detox that costs a lot , and that detox costs you from not going to the hospital for at least 3 months and enduring all that anxiety that occurs, but it is not like that. detoxification that can occur in a drug addicted person, but I believe that the level of stress and anxiety is the same or even worse, but all those who are in that world of addiction can Achieve it, after that, they can get out of that World , it is when they see that if they can play in a casino that they will not lose control or anything like that, that is why a person who comes out of addiction, whether it is drugs or a casino, must be congratulated, given a lot of encouragement , because in reality they are heroes, it is not easy to fight against oneself, knowing that the weaknesses are there on the surface, that anything can make us Fall , you have to Have a lot of willpower, it is something impressive.
