No, I've never done that and will no do that because I want to protect my anonimity and don't want any additional risks for my life (if a big sum of money is in trade).

What are you talking about dude? P2p transactions are abundant and doesn't really compromise your security unless you provide all your wallet security data. I'd done a lot of face to face btc transactions in the past both with people i don't know and with friends

I've been using BTC for a while. I've been using it at exchanges, to trade altcoins and to order goods over the Internet, but I've never exchanged BTC with someone in front of me. At a store or between friends, or family. This despite having had long conversations about BTC with various kinds of people, and attending a few meetups.

Who has exchanged BTC F2F?

Yes I have used a well known platform to do it, holds the money in escrow until you receive the bitcoin. Never had any problems. It feels a bit weird the first time though..

Of course we should not make exchanges for granted with any of useless platform, so if you hold your money then it will get wasted but if you will buy bitcoin then you will not face any difficulty but your profit will be high, at first attempt we should be extra careful because most of loses being done for scamming. So I am sure exchanges with face to face will be an amazing experience.

I have exchanged my btc face to face only on one occasion. I was terribly in need of cash at that moment and that was the only way to get money. I called a friend of mine and we then met.  I transferred the btc into and wallet and he transferred the money into my bank account ASAP.
It actually feels good transacting face to face.  It builds trust.

For now I have never used bitcoin to buy or exchange directly with people face to face because I for now I used to use bitcoin for cyberspace transactions do not have to meet directly by the seller.
It is unfortunate. I've done meet and greet with my bitcoin user community. and some of them sell goods and services onsite and I do face to face transactions with them. a bit awkward but it was very enjoyable. although you have to wait a little longer to get 1 confirmation first Lol

i am selling bitcoin with face to face with my friends and i do it this for twice in at least one months ago and i really like it, because we can make relationship with our friends. beside that, we can feel safe when we make a deal with someone with face to face.

Not possible mate I believe to make that transaction easily face to face from your friend because if meet up in other location bitcoin using internet to make transaction face to face need to bring the movable pocket wifi, on that idea you make transaction using your cellphone transfer founds to their online wallet.

I have experienced to exchange btc face to face and the deal has not any problems we met in a cafe and when he transfered the coins to me I gave the money to him.

Same. I was apprehensive at the idea first but meeting face to face worked out in the end but that's only because I had previous experience with the person.

Yes but only with my well known friends for example I know that person from a social media and I trust that person then why wouldn't I do it,
I would meet up with the person in a crowded place like mall or a fast food chain just to be safe .

Having an onhand trading with Bitcoin through meet up is necessary for those who want to have an extra security in buying or selling Bitcoin. It is easy when both of them have the same wallet where they could access and trade upon.

It is actually you are exchanging your bitcoin on exchanges conveniently without any hurdle that is why you are happy with your process of exchanging your bitcoin with fiat and have not talked to anyone for changing it face to face. When you will face any hurdle doing it on exchanges then you will start to ask from your community around you for the exchange then you will find many of them and will experience that process.

The best thing would be when you go with your laptop or smartphone to meet someone you want to have a deal, send bitcoin from your wallet to his/her wallet and this person runs as fast as possible Cheesy
If I see something like this, I'll die laughing.
Btw why to deal face to face when you can do this automatically, more comfortable and more quickly from your home without any problems?
names in this way will be exercised the possibility of using Bitcoin as a means of payment. Imagine that you are buying a cup of coffee in a cafe or something else in the store using Bitcoin.

Selling your coin in the market is the safest way to do because selling it on the real world is very dangerous because anyone can take advantage and you may end up having a bullet in your head by having transaction into stranger.

Actually that didn't occur to me like what for? If I can easily and hassle free transaction through local and international exchange sites. Besides, I always have a full load of works so I don't have time to do meet ups for bitcoin. Considering that the price is still the same but of course I can do meet ups if someone will buy at much more higher price than in exchange sites. Grin
