Like seriously "YES", I quit airdrop and I gave up participating in any cus for me, they are nothing but scam scam scam, even the ones that don't want to scam still use this means to get members to join and subscribe to their group and channel or telegram, and follow them and retweet their pinned tweet on Twitter and in return, they promise you some amount of tokens but even after completing all this tasks, you end up getting nothing in your wallet and their aim of gathering members have been achieved, since 2019 to recently in this 2021, I've participated in more than 100 airdrops but I got payment from none, and I mean none, like zero, no one paid any token to my wallet.
Some airdrops are still very valuable，But now most of the airdrops are worthless or low in value. It is difficult to encounter an airdrop to make you rich.

If you claim that some airdrops are still valuable, as in the present tense they are currently valuable. Would you mind to be a good lad and tell us what they are? I react to claims like these because if you are going to ask me, the valuable airdrops happened in 2017 and that is a long time ago. That is in the past and I will use past tense verbs to describe them. Some airdrops were valuable then, like 4 years ago. But not today, as all of them only give out worthless stuff. So would you mind, and help the poor guys here by giving those "still very valuable" airdrops?
Yes, I've given up on airdrops a long time ago. This is hopeless and a waste of time. While it could have been better as I have stated in a previous post I made, most of the projects do not care too much on their community. I remember previously it was a little different and many projects were having a better marketing strategy, by creating a group of core members and selecting carefully the distribution. Lately, only bounties are a way to earn some good coins that I suggest not selling, as prices of new projects begin from very low valuations and end ten to a hundred times higher after a few months.
By the way, one of the airdrops that was distributed lately was from PolkaBridge, which seems to has excellent prospect and I recommend it. It is DeFi bridge between Polkadot and other blockchains. Give it a try.

In the past I am one of those who are eager to participate in this kind of free earnings of tokens. Sadly, 9/10 were shitcoins with total equivalent of zero dollar. I'd still tried up to the point I'm sick and frustrated by the tokens from airdrop without profit. Maybe very seldom airdrop that will have profitable sent free tokens.
Being a bounty hunter is much more profitable than being an airdrop hunter. I do not need to explain at length the reason, because you have experienced for yourself how you feel when the token you get have no price ($0).I hope one day can join the profitable airdrop with enough payment.

I have to say there is a lot of things to consider when we are talking about airdrops, because bounty could be considered an airdrop type of event as well and that matters a lot. For example if there is an airdrop that just gives money away, like "follow us on twitter and join our telegram group and you will make money" that would really not be my thing anymore, I was very interested in that back in the day (not long ago, as recent as October) because I have seen a lot of people who did that, and kept the coins and not sold, and eventually they made a lot of money.Airdrop participated: 20

That is what I assumed airdrops will always be, but eventually they became horrible and they became useless, all airdrops I have seen started to worth nearly nothing. That is why I have given up on that, but sometimes there are some bounties that pay you if you work hard, and that still could happen to worth something, still rare but better than free airdrops.

Of course I didn't do it, but now I will be more selective and sort out the airdrops that I participate in, now I prefer to participate in an airdrop which is indeed held by an exchanger or a wallet such as the SFP wallet which has indeed been proven to pay even though it has to hold or buying a number of coins required by the developer of the airdrop, from the several times I participated in the SFP airdrop, I am grateful to have gotten a number of benefits.

There was a time when airdrop was very profitable, of course in the year 2017-2018. At that time many could earn a good amount from airdrop. There are a lot of airdrop coming now but most of them are worthless. Currently there are very few airdrop that are profitable but it is not easy to find those airdrop. Since I currently have very little free time, I do not participate in any new airdrop.
So yes it can be said that I have given up on airdrop.

I'd rather join NFT games where you put effort rather than going back to the lazy method and waiting for a decade for the fake pump to happen or worse, no movement at all.

I gave up on hunting for airdrops a long time ago as it wasn't lucrative anymore, but the recent news I saw about some guys getting $3k+ from an airdrop called cope which was done on a Discord group, made me realize that airdrops still pay off so recently I have been searching for legit airdrops, I found some legit airdrops on latoken airdrop group, check it out on telegram @la_airdrop.

Yeah, there are some airdrop that is still valuable, but nowadays it is very difficult to find it. I see there am so many airdrop circulating, and most of them become a scam. You need to be patient to find good projects to participate.
Now looking for good airdrops like we search for gems in the mud, there are still some good airdrop but it's really hard to find them. Most of the coins that come from airdrops have no price at all, and in the end it will be just a wallet decoration.
I'm always doubtful with regards to participate in many airdrops since I know it is just a free tokens which we are not sure if they really give the tokens or just collect the details of every participants purposely for the record.
The risk of participating with bounties, as if you are not careful those signed up will possibly harmed you without recieving anything in returned. For me, I will give a shot once there is so potential airdrop with transparency and back up by the professional team.
So do I, it's much better to check first the team behind and how useful the project might be.The project with strong team can achieve great success after the promotion using airdrops.

And actually even you earned some of it wherever you get it around the internet , still useless because most of airdrop are shitcoin. Unless you participate on some legit projects here in forum.

Only stupid people give up on a scam, indeed overall the scam in the crypto space is already very numerous and rampant, but that is not a reason to give up because there are still good things to follow based on what we have researched individually, so don't blame they have created a scam which could cause you to stop. Indeed, Airdrops are now too different and of little real value. Some communities have invited, and some even sent me emails about airdrop campaigns. But honestly, it is extremely rare to earn adequate value after the airdrop. Successful people with airdrops are now extinct
