It seems they fixed it now...

Nah it's still broken and has been for hours. Orders go to "pending" as stated. You can cancel them from the open orders screen but they never go live in the order book.

What the hell is going on with this?  Very annoying.

I was talking about the openSSL bug.

The Havelock site is vulnerable to the openSSL bug:

http://filippo.io/Heartbleed/#havelockinvestments.com

More info: http://heartbleed.com/

All good, havelockinvestments.com seems not affected!

what are you talking about? and what sort of asshole would post an exploit to a securities exchange on a public forum? you obviously have your own motive.

havelock, if you could get trading resumed as soon as it would make my day that little bit better.

How do we convert direct ASICMINER shares to AM1 shares since TAT is no longer doing this?

exactly the same, just using havelock's info instead of TAT's.  See AM1 page on havelock.

What's up with the site? Either doesn't accept passwords for new accounts or pages don't load. This looks like someone trying to prevent others from buying or selling (*cough* COG *couch*).

What happened to my investment at NEO BEE?

Neo&Bee has declared insolvency. The CEO is selling its equity to anyone who would like to try to save the company. If that attempt fails, your shares are worth nothing.

Learning the troll avoidance button :)

Well book was reopened although the vote for liquidation passed

Source please.

Thought it was the end result from the Cognitive thread sorry about that it might be a bit premature to say that was just reading Goats posts
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/starting-a-new-fpga-mining-farmcontract-cognitive-resurrected-onhavelock-67547

Will wait for the confirmed results like everyone else
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6026755

I originally voted against liquidation but I am inclined to change my vote (given the recent "mathing" - which though I haven't verified, looks legit).  Garr, Sam, if you have a counter-argument to "300BTC versus 50BTC", you should post it now, or expect a flood of vote changing. =/

Garrett agrees with the math. Assuming these calculations are correct, it seems that our best option is to liquidate. Garrett is going to post the current results of the motion on the Cognitive Mining website tonight.

More updates to come.

Edit In Looks like I was wrong liquidation fails

Those links only explain what is going on with Cognitive internally, not why Havelock froze trading. It also doesn't explain Havelock's policy on freezing assets.

Incredibly bad web site!
I had more than 25 BTC there, but stop using it because the site is offline more than  10 hours daily!

Anyone from Havelock care to explain themselves in freezing the COG asset with zero warning or reason? Is this the kind of behavior I should expect in the future? Do you have a policy or guidelines on what substantiates the freezing of an asset or on preventing a user from taking actions on the securities he/she owns?

Guess i'll sum it up Goat doesn't trust Garr since he keeps delaying the damn thing and the shares have pretty much become worthless since the launch
Cognitive sent out a voting motion to determine whether to sell hardware and dissolve the company or keep going
Trading halt issued by havelock while its being sorted out
And if my indication and hunch is correct the asset has defaulted circa 2 days ago
Although the PR is still talking but going off Garrs last posting that or we see hash as of 2 days ago Smiley
