Hobonickel is looking strong. This recent run up to 36000 satoshis has a lot of people joining and securing the HBN network. This is a great situation for Hobonickel. Congrats to everyone in the community who is making steady profits. For people who are just joining in on this trade, its not too late. Develop your trade plan, double check everything and then execute.

I hope you didn't sell your entire position, unless it was part of your trading plan. If it was part of your trading plan, then you shouldn't feel sad.
Selling your core position is like killing the golden goose. Its not part of my trade plan. The only way I will sell my core position, is if translates to be a significant amount in either BTC or FIAT.

Yea, I didn't mean to be derogatory to the hobo dev, it's just that having your currency associated with hobos is going to be quite an obstacle to overcome. The name does pull a slight lead over Junkcoin and Leadcoin though.

HBN is experiencing explosive growth. still under priced from what I can tell. Strong Dev, Strong Community, Strong Network. Steady Profits.

Exact opposite. Hobonickels isn't going to do well due to name alone to start with, then factor in that people already associate it with being very low on coinmarketcap. Mint will appear on coinmarketcap at a higher level and stay there.
MINT will be pure POS with decreasing stake rate soon and there will be no miners.
And I am not sure if the MINT Dev will be still doing great works like HBN Dev is after more than half an year.

I really liked the 10000 satoshis mark. Cheap coins to build my account... I like the current price (and I am amazed of the 29800 satoshis test line at the time of writing this) but if this coin could stay under the radar longer I won't mind
I feel this is the kind of situation where I am happy to see people trusting the coin and sad that the price moves up so fast that I can't keep up to buy at a good price!
And I'm not going to talk about the mining difficulty that sky rockets... damn bots
Oh well. it's been a good day for my account anyways

If I have coins in my wallet for staking and they gain max interest for the period of time, will those original coins gain interest again and the staked coins gain interest for the next period of time if I leave them in there, or do the originals just produce once and that's it?

Say you have 100 coins. Wait 10-12 days and those stake. Say they stake at 2%, so you get a 2 HBN reward. The stake actually splits your 100 HBN block into two 51 HBN blocks. Those 51 HBN blocks are brand new and will stake to two blocks of 26 or similar blocks. The process continues to repeat. Eventually your blocks get very small and eat up a lot of cpu resources.

This is boring enough to keep investers and miners away.

Glad there is such a nice fallback coin to mine when I'm not sure where to point the rigs at. Not now, though.
I've been pretty happy throwing 10% to 15% of my hashrate towards HBN at all times, lately.
But yeah, the diff is going to get ramped up for a minute here.
