With regards to the actual issue here, I sent him a message on Skype. He is correct, I made a mistake and totally forgot we needed to settle up. I've had a lot going on recently with our coaching multiple sports for kids simultaneously, my back issues finally getting under control, and school ending. It totally slipped my mind and I will right the problem

I have never fucked anyone by not paying them in over five years of crypto, I'm not going to start now
