Top Tip.... use google to search for how to compile an altcoin wallet with linux/ubuntu, it's pretty much the same for all altcoins granted you have the correct deps installed.

My earlier paste downloads and installs all necessary deps for WORM

I had to completely reinstall ubuntu.
