In addition to cryptopia, you can contact these exchanges with bigone.com, Huobi, zb.com, and I hope that HEAT can be listed on more exchanges in 2018.
The root of the block chain is a consensus. If there is no influential community, there will be no strong public opinion basis. At present, most of the block chain projects fail to achieve the leading opportunity of scale because they have not done well in the community reserve. HEAT community construction seems far from enough.

I hope you're using the latest desktop wallet and not the website itself. I was having the same issue while using the website but my problem solved when I downloaded the latest wallet from GitHub, installed it and used it to make transactions. I hope it helps!

Decentralized exchange can NOT be closed down through any means other than shutting down internet itself.Network problems are caused by fault in recent server code updates. This is an inherent risk in decentralized networks, which every crypto suffers from time to time. Because of the distributed nature of the code running around the world it takes time to clear them out. HEAT will work fine again in some days, with any temporary discrepancies fixed automatically, or later on with our help in adjusting code in future releases.

Advise: Stay away from this project, looks like a scam. (At least the https://heatwallet.com exchange is a scam for sure, because they are not telling people that it is not working so they deposit and withdrawl again after they see it is not working and the devs keep the withdrawl fees.)

I fixed the issue... had to buy Bis from an external exchange, send it to Heat and guess what... When I try to buy an asset, it disappears! What the F is going on with this project? Its the worst experience I have had with crypto in a long time.

Could you at least mention that it's not possible to buy on your exchange? I lost time and money to send my funds from cryptopia to there because I wanted to buy cheaper no I have to send it back to cryptopia. Would be good for others to know so they don't waste their time and money on your exchange.

The similar thing happened to me too.
I deposited 646 BIS into HEAT wallet and they deposited perfectly fine into my HEAT account.
I tried exchanging them for HEAT and when I used HEAT exchange, the transaction never broadcast nor announced on the block and the BIS balance was 0.
After a few hours or so balance did come back and I tried withdrawing my BIS back to my local wallet. I initiated a transaction to transfer my BIS and again the same problem as above.
Now balance is zero, have to wait a few hours or so until it comes back and no way to broadcast a transaction what-so-ever. Any advice?
