Visit the thread of Ratimov which is provided by Pmalek. You can read different topics in there depending on what you wanted to learn. I also start being a newbie but what I did is to do a lot of research and asking questions in here if you are having a hard time understanding what you currently learning. It's good that you didn't hesitate to ask questions as it is also one of the reason you'll understand the things you read. But yeah I would say that you watch some YouTube videos to get basics and do go through forum and then ask any question you have.
