The CoinBureau dude gives altcoins too much attention but he also has Bitcoin-related content among those hundreds of videos he has created. And I have seen him criticize coins and their teams for lack of transparency, unverifiable claims, and other things.
He is running YouTube channel and he makes videos on most of the coins in the market and altcoins as well but you could see his insta account is mostly familiarise with bitcoin related memes in which he shows his direct support to the bitcoin over fiat and altcoins.I have watched his trading guides also and he gives really good advice but still we need to have our mind opens and DYOR is main factor that can't be ignored at all.

Like he has 1.91M subs on YouTube and over 600 videos and they cover almost every topic like DeFi, crypto trading, altcoins, exchange, taxation,NFT and other crypto related stuff but that's fine until he is giving out full information and disclosure of every fact to the general audience who doesn't have any idea about the the topic he is making the video. He has been recommended on forum by some high rank members also and sometimes i watch his videos whenever i need some new information and then research about it later on.

And with his 131k followers on insta he is casually roaming around putting forward some memes and few informative posts also but you can see btc related stuff more like it's the best thing. So he is one of the right youtubers we have out there who is not promoting any shitcoin till the time period.

Hi I'm happy to introduce myself I'm Shann from the Philippines and

I'm just new here and thank you to the person who gave me an idea about this but it's not enough, so I'm asking for your different ideas and that way I can understand more and the extensive knowledge about bitcoins because I used to think bitcoin was a scam and not true.

Because of his teachings and he is already making money because of bitcoin and I saw that he was happy with it I was amazed and my curiosity grew so I am here now.

I'm not good and especially I don't know everything here but I'll do my best and I'm sure I'm ready to learn and follow the policies here.

Thank you very much and have a nice day!!

Hello, Op welcome to the bitcointalk.org forum
And speaking where you came from I am also from the Philippines and I think we are a few miles away from our home. Since they are already given you the links that you need to study/gathered more knowledge about bitcoins here in our forum. One thing that I suggest is that you must familiarize the forum rules to prevent mistakes. Especially the mortal sins here in the forum which is plagiarizing other work to create a topic you should avoid that Thing.

Good luck with your journey I do hope that you will not be the same to other members here that after creating an account and making a few posts/replies then leave the forum.

Oh boy, we almost have the same thoughts when we're starting to "know" what Bitcoin is, but for me it was all about illegal coin being used only by people in the dark web. Guess that's going to be a long regret for me to had never bought my first coin.
Anyways welcome aboard OP!
Aside from what was mentioned about rules and stuff, what sort of knowledge in Bitcoin do you want to learn though?
Trading? We got trading discussion board.
Technical stuffs? We got Development & Technical Discussion and Technical Support.
Mining? There's a dedicated board for that.
Just general stuffs about Bitcoin? There's Bitcoin Discussion for that.
I suggest you take a good read around these boards first before posting anything.

Recommending such channels right off the bat is very likely to push newbies into dabbling into altcoins very early on; even if they still don't have a decent grasp on Bitcoin.
That should of course not happen. Still, I think it's important to learn how altcoins work to appreciate the advantages that Bitcoin offers. One way to understand if A is better than B is to compare them and make your own conclusions. If you read or listen about a project that has a closed-source network with a governing body or board of directors that approve or introduce all changes and features, you will see that it can be done in a different way. If you learn that a coin was pre-mined or that the addresses making the majority of transactions belong to the developers, you will see that that doesn't happen with Bitcoin. If you learn that a network has smart-contract capabilities but you need to convince a small centralized group of owners to make a change because it's in their best interest, you'll understand that Bitcoin's owner never thought that way. Etc., etc.

The CoinBureau dude gives altcoins too much attention but he also has Bitcoin-related content among those hundreds of videos he has created. And I have seen him criticize coins and their teams for lack of transparency, unverifiable claims, and other things.

If you are willing to learn, kindly refer to Ratimov guide

Beginners & Help Encyclopedia [UPD: +Electrum Board]
If you are searching for books, check the library >>here<<, the books are very helpful and trust me, if you are willing to learn about the anatomy of Bitcoin, you will enjoy your bitcoin journey.

About making money, you will have to equally learn about that, but your money will be involve which is more like buying bitcoin and trading as well.

Hi I'm happy to introduce myself I'm shann from the philippines and
Welcome to the best bitcoin discussion forum and this is member to member conversation and warm welcome of newbie to this forum not any staff formalities Grin and you friend have directed you to the right place. As you have posted on B&H section of the forum i would also let you know there are different local boards also where you can have discussion in your local language with your people but as a community we all are one.

Here it is for you : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=219.0

I'm just new here and thank you to the person who gave me an idea about this but it's not enough, so I'm asking for your different ideas and that way I can understand more and the extensive knowledge about bitcoins because I used to think bitcoin was a scam and not true.
To increase your knowledge there are extensive resources on which you can try your hands on and gain knowledge about bitcoin like all technical and non technical details and other stuff which will be helpful to you.But for making it easy for you i will let you with some forum links about the same and here it is :

5 Resources to teach Average Joe about Bitcoin

Some Books we need to read

Beginners & Help Encyclopedia [UPD: +Electrum Board]

And rest you can check out the best resource for bitcoin which is Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas Antonopoulos which is heaven for the bitcoin lovers and they gain overall knowledge about bitcoin from scratch and beleive me you would have sufficient knowledge about the same after reading this masterpiece by Andreas.

Link for github : https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook

Because of his teachings and he is already making money because of bitcoin and I saw that he was happy with it I was amazed and my curiosity grew so I am here now.
See the thing is you can make money with bitcoin through lot of ways but you need to have sufficient knowledge about it and it will come with time so give yourself that learning booster so you are eligible to earn.Be safe from crypto scams that will promote to make you rich and scam you of existing funds also as there are many in this market and rush to earn could easily make you fall in their hands.

I'm not good and especially I don't know everything here but I'll do my best and I'm sure I'm ready to learn and follow the policies here.
Some here are from long time and don't know about the forum in detail so you didn't need to worry about that and you will come to know about them slowly when you spend time on forum. The best is learning across and having good and healthy discussion as much you can and then automatically you will see the results.Just follow the forum rules and abide by them.

Andreas is always a great source for Bitcoin-related videos because he explains technical stuff in a simple way for everyone to understand.

When we are on the subject of suggesting Youtube materials, there are also two channels that I like to suggest to newbies for basics about Bitcoin, but also plenty of info on altcoin projects (if they are into that of course).

99Bitcoins
Coin Bureau
Undoubtedly Andreas is the true bitcoin supporter and have given his full in educating the masses about Bitcoin from early age and have seen videos when he was telling about the usage and investment and in it and only few people care to attend his lecture but now see the whole world has come to realistic point where btc is the true financial freedom with security.

The coin Bureau is also one of my favourite while i watch some YouTube videos about btc and crypto market rest all others are mostly crap and shilling fake knowledge about their coins so best is to watch them only and enhance your knowledge.

While I'm not saying that CoinBureau is a bad dude, this is a huge no for me. Recommending such channels right off the bat is very likely to push newbies into dabbling into altcoins very early on; even if they still don't have a decent grasp on Bitcoin.

Try to chat in your local section, where you can better understand all the directions of the forum. It will probably be difficult for you to take on everything, so do not give up and follow it gradually. Your current enthusiasm is familiar to many beginners, but not everyone has become worthy of success. Feel free to ask about things you're interested in, but also try learning how to use the forum search.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-searching-effectively-5276341

Knowing how to look for answers to your questions, you will join the life of the forum much faster, gaining a reputation as a reading person, and not someone who is not able to find something on his own.

Because of his teachings and he is already making money because of bitcoin and I saw that he was happy with it I was amazed and my curiosity grew so I am here now.
Im assume that he told you that his earning here through bounty. Better to stick around on local section to easier grasp what should you do here first. But as a beginner, you shouldnt not focus on earning here yet. That will come if you are good enough to be a member of this community.

For some reason, I should needed to advise you to focus more on contributing and reading here. Be a better member, engage on some topic and sooner or later when you are recognized here. Maybe a chance for you to join some monetized campaign here.

Actually this thread is not really needed, you can scroll down a bit and see the similar threads created by others and gather knowledge from it so learn to use search function from that you can learn more and if you still can't find then start your own thread snd get the answer for your query.

Engage into discussion more, and try to be more active as much ss you can.

Welcome abroad!

Since you are brand-new, I suggest you start by reading the forum rules. That will teach you about what you can't do on this forum. Breaking the rules can result in getting permanently banned and/or having your posts deleted.
After that, it's not a bad idea to check out Lauda's Newbies - Read before posting thread.
All your aspirations won't come true if you don't last long here would it?
In that regard, my first advice to you would be that, you pay great attention to my quote from Pmalek because, it gets so real here and you've got zero chance to retrace your steps and make it right. Never plagiarise and do your best to give learning a chance while, you contribute useful information to the various discussions on the forum.

I welcome you to the forum and hope you take all that is done here with much seriousness.

You are not expected to know everything, that is the reason there are so much information available to you with which you can read and learn, some of them are linked in the reply above.

It may also be important to note that the forum is very privacy focused. You might not want to share personal information about name, or country of origin, as that may be an information that you may not want to be out there later on.
