Good!!! You're obviously in the right place...
There are tips to follow in here, but first you gotta read 'em rules and digest them in accordance to whatever you do in here.. that's if you wanna be on the safe side... Secondly, you need to understand that learning is a continuous process; there should never be a time you feel you've known everything possible...
Look into the Bitcoin wiki and learn alot more for yourself...
Also stick around for topics of this sort; that's how you educate yourself until you get proper understanding of what you wanna do.

I'm new to the forum and so far I'm beginning to understand the structure of the forum but my challenge is that I don't really have enough knowledge on crypto prior to now.

I have done a bit of research on YouTube but the information their is a bit confusing as it's more theoretical and I doubt the once I have seen is updated lately.

I really want to learn the basics in cryptocurrency and would need guidance from expert from this forum.

What I need particular is a verified YouTube channel I can get an updated crash course crypto, books, website and any material or post on this forum that can give me proper guidance as a newbie.

You're already here, so why are you still looking for Youtube channels?

I mean this is the best source material that you can ever look at far as crypto goes. All you have to do is to play along in this community. Just go around and see different boards, in short you have to explore everything first.

There are a lot of different boards for discussion and for sure you will find what you are looking for so best of luck to your journey.

Most things you need to know as a beginner has been shared just stick around this topic you created for a few days and learn some of the terminologies used in the forum.

Also, for a beginner in the crypto space remember this term Not you key not your coins! and DYOR (Do your own research). It will save a lot of risk for you. You have to be in possession of your coins for all times, except the time you sending it to centralised exchange to cash out.

You don't need the knowledge to post here, instead, you will get knowledge while you engage in the discussions. Once you will start to take part in the topics, you will learn more, and once you will learn something from one thread and then move on to another then you will see that you can use the same knowledge in that topic too. Cryptocurrency is connected with each other. If you will learn about blockchain then you can talk about centralization, decentralization, wallets, and anonymity.
I have done a bit of research on YouTube but the information their is a bit confusing as it's more theoretical and I doubt the once I have seen is updated lately.
I prefer you to watch videos later, but first start to learn about them via articles. Otherwise, it depends on your own method of learning something.

What I need particular is a verified YouTube channel I can get an updated crash course crypto, books, website and any material or post on this forum that can give me proper guidance as a newbie.
You should go through the above links that other members have provided. Other than that, you should make up your mind, about what you really expect from this forum. Once you have the objective in your mind, then you will achieve it at last.

Do you think a verified YouTube Chanel is enough for you?
And did you think it can give you the right information you need without any doubt?

For me, this forum alone is enough for you to get all the information and the basic knowledge you need, as other users have provided you with some links that will help you to go through various topics that is well explained to your understanding.

For learning purposes, one can still trust some YouTube channels as they have a lot of information about things that one can tap from their shared knowledge. Learning from them, you can also do your own research and add to that knowledge or run some comparisons, which can also help in the easy understanding and expansion of your learning life.

But when it comes to wallet security and investment, you should be mindful of the kind of channel you follow up with and the kind of information you get from them and practice, as they can be misleading and some can also not be information from the real channel owners. YouTube's account of influencers is being hacked on a daily basis and used for some sort of malicious activity, which they can either try to mislead the users followers to their phishing link or any of such.

This forum is rated as one of the best sources to get information from, as it forms from experienced people talking based on what they know, and when they detect scams, they always bring them to the public's attention in order to warn people out of them.

First, welcome Hewlet!
Don't rush and provided the links given to you by our co-forum folks. Always check the pinned post for every section where you're reading threads like on this section, the Beginners & Help. You'll get to see specific topics that are on the pinned post and start reading there.
And based on your history, you've already posted on your local. I think it's better for you to converse there and interact with your other local members because it's going to be easier for you to understand the topics that you're interested with your locals since your local board is one of the most active. But that doesn't mean that you're limited to ask questions or topics that you're interested with, you can explore the different sections/boards. Just make sure that you're following forum rules upon posting or making threads.

It can be challenging so, if you want an analyst and crypto journalist to learn about the market simply you need a mentor, I would prefer to pick one by yourself also I'm not familiar with your locality or anyone who is providing you any sorf of references you better take a close look and make a decision which ones suits you better.

But as far as I know, most of the seniors are not gonna provide any YouTuber references because even though it can be a good source of information most likely some time due to paid content the recommendation can be misguiding, even if its purely your own responsibility. I have seen a lot of people following the crypto influencers blindly and eventually losing their precious assets.

I really want to learn the basics of cryptocurrency and would need guidance from expert from this forum.

Hmm, I would say a good approach will be to read and participate in the discussion you can obtain some great insights from the other user's experiences, Listening, Watching, and staying connected can be more efficient as tutorials really work great sometimes and reading can be more effective occasionally. So all you need is to search for good topics here. Even while asking questions seniors can quote the references.

Here is [AUGUST UPD.]Beginners & Help Encyclopedia a thread that can potentially help you to find the good topics, just choose your category and search for the topic you are looking for, most likely you'll find all them, the list is regularly updated by the author.

Ratimov created this list for the newbies to easily search for what they are looking.

This encyclopedia currently contains 1064 topics with various guides, articles and links to various resources.

You cannot learn everything all at once, so maybe you need to calm down and take things step by step, you are already in this forum and you can learn practically everything here, all by readiing, using the search button and asking questions. There are quite a lot of complicated aspects about Bitcoin that will probably take you time to learn, so you must be patient and start with the basics, which is less complicated and easy to understand.

Since you are looking for videos to watch, here is a good one you can try:

I'm new to the forum and so far I'm beginning to understand the structure of the forum but my challenge is that I don't really have enough knowledge on crypto prior to now.

One option that has really helped me is the ability to use “search engine” properly, not all newbies know how to use the search button here I. The forum and also google’s search engine that’s why they still have some certain issues or are unable to find some answers that’s somewhere buried inside an old thread. So do well to learn how to use keywords to search it will reduce the probability of you getting to scroll through threads that are not relevant to your problem.

Another link I want to share with you is; https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook#chapters it will get you started in learning the technical aspects of bitcoin . One last thing make sure you share your idea or what you understand about a concept and if it turns out that you’re wrong you’ll be corrected by those that have experienced in it rather than just bottle it up inside your kind… the more you share your ideas the better you become in that thing so do well to share your ideas when you have the chance.

You can use the search bar of the forum to look for the question you have in mind since there’s a high chance that it’s already answered or asked in the past. You can browse to the board that interest you then use the search function. No one can give you a 1 on 1 lesson here about crypto since it's very wide topic.

You can use this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5364418 prepared by Ratimov to have an overview on crypto. It's a guide to learn basic of crypto.

@jrrsparkles beat me few minutes on sharing the link. That thread of Ratimov is really helpful especially for newbie. I always use it when I have friend that wants to learn crypto in general.

If you want to learn everything about cryptocurrency then you can just use this Beginners & Help Encyclopedia by Ratimov.

What I need particular is a verified YouTube channel I can get an updated crash course crypto, books, website and any material or post on this forum that can give me proper guidance as a newbie.
There is no such YouTube channel available and if someone says so most likely they will ask you to join their paid subscription to continue for that they mostly will give a crap which you can learn on your own if you spend a little more time on your own in this forum.

There is a dedicated board for Trading Discussion in this forum where you can ask and learn anything about crypto trading.
