As for me, total supply doesn't really mean that much. I actually don't like extremely large total supply because many projects have abused it. All what I need from a project is team genuineness, product development and updates. Let's foster crypto adoption rather than hampering on coin supply or price speculations.

a dilemma, because when low supply, the price will always rise when it reaches the limit, but after that? high supply will be safe when it is or not or still far from the limit, but the price will tend to be slow. but personally, I prefer unlimited supply.

When it comes to picking your altcoins, do you take into consideration coin supply?  And if so, do you prefer high or low supply coins?
The total supply of a coin might not be the main factor that determines what he outcome of a projects would be or what you are likely going to gain and most times, it is not a determinant, which is evident in today's market.
My concern most times is the usecase, tech and how proactive the team is.

I prefer coins that have very low supply so that members of the project cannot dump their tokens as soon as they are listed on exchannge platforms.. I see no reason in generating huge number of tokens for ICOs these days.

When investing we have to analyze the total supply of the coin. I prefer low supply coins as they give
bigger profit opportunities.

There are LOTS of opportunities if you look and listen.
I got involved with NYAN recently.....it has a lot of room to run. Low market cap coin, easy to buy lots of it. Go buy $10 worth, consider it a lottery ticket and thank me in a year.

For more info about NYAN, we you can find it on TradeSatoshi ( https://tradesatoshi.com/Exchange?market=NYAN_BTC ) and info at www.nyancoin.info

We are a small community, a few of us are working on a mobile wallet right now and also I promote it with kids (www.nyancares.org)

It is really a crypto that needed some love....it is a Proof Of Work coin that is 5 years old and just has some volunteers running it...no formal leadership, it isn't some pump and dump token. Watch for some exciting growth with it, we are doing a 100,000 flyers in my city shortly to talk about the NYAN and crypto and we have NYAN clubs with kids learning about all the tech. Expect it to take off in the next while as we grow!

total supply is too little and too many will give you trouble in the sale. at least there's a separate range to be able to make a sale is made easy with a good price. In addition, it does many things well which should be other considerations which will affect the value of the total supply.

Yes I take seriously the supply of the coin before I start making investment on it. If the coin has a high supply, its potential for raising its price will surely be slow, unless it is a good and a popular coin. But if its supply is low, its price will surely be on high price.

I like coins that have a low supply of coins because they have a higher chance of riding. but there are also coins that have a large but good supply.

the point is I prefer coins that have a lot of demand. My advice is not to focus too much on the amount of supply because the supply does not have an effect on prices

based on what happened on the market that has a lower supply is more likely to have a higher value. However, it's also not all can achieve the condition. many coins have the total supply much but the price is quite low, and will increasingly fall again when the first market entry and does not correspond to the value of the ICO.

I don't like tokens that have too much supply. Their value hardly appreciate in value and are easily dumped. Such are not too good either for hodling.

I would go for low supply coins, this is because the lower the supply the higher the demand, now when demand is high, the value of the coin increases and it is an addition to the coin. So low supply coins are better, putting other factors into consideration.

Personally, I will choose the low token supply. Why? The limited or low token supply will make the coins (with the interesting and promising cocnept) be able to grow and increase easier. It probably will have the difficult amount, but, it will not make the price so easily drop.

In the economics if you want great price we will go with low demand ,and if there is great supply then the price will be low, so for me as coin holders I would preferably on the liw supply of coins in the market for it will have higher value, compare to coins with a lot of supply in the market.

I prefer low supply coin cos the demand will be high and the prices high but there is also the need to monitor what you are investing in

There are different levels of low and high supplies. I would have been good that you give a range of values for the today, because that will serve as a guide or standard on how to contribute effectively.
Most times, i like supplies in billions, because it can give you a high range of prices, which most times reduces your level of loss.
Meanwhile, these days, there is high risk f having a low supply. This is more like a multiplier effect. If the price of a low supply coin falls, it tends to have more effect, than a high supply coin.

I prefer coins with low supply and limited edition. coins with unlimited or high supply cost a little and hardly grow in price.

The smaller the supply of coins, the more chances for both growth and decline. I think that if you choose the coins that are worth investing in, then you should pay attention to the coins that have sufficient capitalization.

I think it is better to invest in both big and small marketcap coins. Big marketcap coin has lower risk and lesser return. Whereas, small marketcap coin has higher risk but higher returns.

I think it's better when the project has a small limited supply. So team can't make another tokens. Also it's more comfortable when yout token costs more than 1$. Also making transactions with hundreds of 0 isn't good. It's just my crazy view Huh
