it all depends on what you are withdrawing, their fees are not fixed most of the currency you want to withdraw has little fee so all you could do is to convert those coin like TRX or LTC.
These two coin is what i mostly convert before making withdrawal from that exchange.
You are joking ...right?

LTC withdrawal flat fee is 0.053 LTC (~16 USD at the moment)
TRX withdrawal flat fee is 108.5 TRX (~12.7 USD at the moment)

IF you think you have been paying cheap fees by withdrawing through those two coins. You were probably mistaken  Grin
I think EOS is the cheapest option, 0.1 EOS, but it's a matter of time before they increase that fee too.

EOS withdrawal is close to $1. Bad, but not as bad as the rest there.

The USD value of others varies: BTC (and BCH!) about $50, ETH $45, LTC $20, XMR $14, ...

Ive seen that they have XRP on the site. How much fee that they had set on that?
That fee comparison site missed the fact that HitBTC also handles XRP, but their XRP withdrawal fees are bad as well: 12.8 XRP = $18.

That's actually too huge compared to other websites that only charge 1 xrp or less.. hitbtc seems to have pegged their withdrawal fee to USD value. I can't see any coin that has at least an equivalent withdrawal fee of 1 USD or less.

If you are really that hesitant on using EOS
It's not EOS that I dislike, but the direct exchange-to-exchange transfer.

Can anyone suggest a strategy to exit HitBTC through less common coins, and maybe this way avoid their extremely high withdraw fees?

I'm not comfortable doing exchange-to-exchange transfers, but I don't see another way. I'm thinking maybe EOS, where their fee is 0.1 = about $1.

Many exchanges are bad, but HitBTC is another level of bad. Litecoin withdrawal fee of 0.0530'0000!
That's currently $20. It appears to be the worst of all exchanges.

It's about x2,000 the official fee (official minimum tx fee is 0.0001'0000 per KB, and txes might be 1/4 KB on average), and x20,000 the rate needed in practice (Litecoin's network is never choked, 0.0000'1000 per KB works fine).

Have your checked on the same link about on the coins listed and their specific fee? https://withdrawalfees.com/exchanges/hitbtc

Ive seen that they have XRP on the site. How much fee that they had set on that? If you are really that hesitant on using EOS which does only have $1 fee
then that would be your last option to take. A buck wont hurt though, important thing that is you do able to pull those funds.

I can attest that the withdrawal fee is high but personally I'm still using the exchange because I never face any problem using it for years already. I also applied for KYC and got approve and all my transactions are smooth, the downside is only the fee, they just recently increase fees on some altcoins as well.
Well you are lucky that you are not one of the so many victims of HitBTC's account blocking policy. Just check out the ANN thread in exchanges board and see how many people are complaining with unresolved issues. When so many people complain about a service, then It means that there's something wrong with it

I don't need too actually, I already know about the complaints in the past but as I'm transacting with this site, I made sure I don't transact a huge amount.
To save from high fees, I usually transact using XRP ( they doubled the withdrawal to 12 xrp) or DOGE which they also increase significantly.

I'm gambling and I want a cheaper and faster way, and this exchange help me.

Thanks for the concern, I hope I will not become a victim of the site.

Each exchange does have its own issues even still unresolved and some complaints even into those famous exchange still having these kind of small issues.
If people do find out hassle for them then they can always make use of other exchange yet no one is forcing them to use the platform.Incase if there are
issues with fees then you can always make out conversions to alts to lessen up the fee.Not for erc20 at the moment because it is also high but there are
several coins which could really do the job well.
Of course all exchanges have issues, but the difference is that it's almost impossible to resolve them on HitBTC unlike other exchanges like Binance. HitBTC's withdrawal fees have been very high even before the bull market.

Withdrawal fee for Raven Coin is 199.95 Rvn at the moment. It makes 38 USD!
It's only 1 Rvn on the other exchanges.
Is there any reason why you still use HitBTC?
Because there's more that enough evidence online that shows that;

1.  They are outright scammers. If you are unlucky, your account will be blocked KYC verification will be initiated.9/10 times you won't  get verified and your account won't get unlocked.
2. The withdrawal fees are one of the highest among exchanges.

I don't even see that coin has any volume on HitBtc exchange, if there is any then convert into any coin which is having lesser withdrawal fee like USDT tron-20 or any coin which is cheaper. But why did you choose that exchange Binance is having most of the trading volume for the particular coin you are talking about. Roll Eyes

For the moment, we can't do anything other than acknowledge it. Everyone are worried over the transaction charges, it's quite a big deal only if you have a little withdrawals. Anyway, without KYC performing I have completed several transactions facing any issues.

its crazy, btc fee for withdraw I have is flat fee -0.0009.
Very crazy indeed. Most exchanges charge 0.0005, HitBTC is charging almost double. If you want to withdraw from their exchange at very low fees. Try withdrawing altcoins such as EOS

use this tool; https://withdrawalfees.com/exchanges/hitbtc
There are not some many well know altcoins that you can withdraw for less than a dollar thou like EOS

The standard fee which most exchanges charge is mostly 0.0005 btc which is around 24 dollars with current bitcoin rates. This fee is very high and hitbtc changing double withdrawal fee which is insane.

sometimes a token is only available trade on two or three exchanges! but due to kyc and lequidity issue, need to avoid other exchange & select hitbtc for trade the currency i need. That's the reason i need to give hitbtc around $20 fee recently.i know hitbtc is risky, often i received email that someone just login my account from others location! even same thing happened with my friends also but Although having many issues, sometimes don't have any option without using hitbtc

I found a good solution to save Hitbtc high withdrawal fees. For that, you need to buy EOS and withdraw those EOS to another exchange. EOS withdrawal takes only 5 or fewer minutes. So it's fast, and the fees are also meager. Using EOS coin for withdrawal may be an Excellent solution to ride these high fees.
