Our traders' feedback regarding the withdrawal fees is highly appreciated, we'll make sure to pass this over to our team.
We're always trying to improve our platform and listen to our community, that's why we've created a dedicated email address [email protected].
For withdrawing the 50$ worth token trader needs to pay 6$ fee to HitBtc. There is no alternative option, nearly all withdrawal coins have high withdrawal fees around 5$. You need to re-think your business model as crypto exchange.

Been using HitBTC for a few months but haven't noticed such a problem. IMO, it has the ordinary fees like any other exchnge.

I have long stopped using HitBtc for this reason. Fees are really too big to have any justification, and in fact, your funds become a hostage. Binance has a good fee, but exchangers where there is no registration do not have anything like that at all. They receive a percentage of the transaction, and you can see the result yourself, after which you make a decision.

Really I'm very upset with this exchange... They have one of the most expensive withdrawal fees I've ever see... I saw this kind of abusive fees in other exchanges like yobit but I tought HITBTC will be a little more serious due to the fact its great volume... They don't need to charge those abusive fees... Really... If they doesn't change their politics I think I will withdraw all my fund from there (despite the fact they will thieve me in every withdrawal I'll make)  Angry Angry

Yes, I agree. But if you want to withdraw, I think you need to convert into the other coins which have a cheap transaction fee so you don't have to pay the high fee. It is what I did if I want to withdraw and I never use bitcoin for making a withdraw because it's too high for the fee. So next time, you can try with waves, doge, or the other coins and I think it still worth for you.
Anytime when theres a token I do wanna sell on that exchange I do commonly convert it to some alts which do really have lesser fees compared to BTC or ETH.
They do really have high fees which minimal trades or transactions wont really be idea because all would be just eaten up mostly on withdrawal fees.

Usually, I convert it to waves because the fee of waves is not too high and besides that, the time confirming of the transaction will not take too long. I don't want to send it via bitcoin or ethereum because the fee is too high for me. Once I check tokens which I want to move to another exchange, and I am very shocked to know that the fee was bigger than the number of tokens I had so I cancel it and sell instant that tokens.

and one more trading on HITBTC there is a minimum limit of coins that must be traded. this is very detrimental to less or more coin holders, the remaining coins cannot be used at HITBTC.  Grin Grin

Exactly... I have there coins that I can't withdraw due to the fact fees are more expensives than the coins (and I mean coins worth 30$ or more) and I can't sell them because I don't reach the minimun... at the end... they are coins I'm giving HITBTC for free or, if we see it from other point of view, the right point of view, HITBTC is stealing those coins
No it's not free, it's our coins they are getting from us. They are thieves right, they are stealing coins which are not belong to them. And making policies that only favors them and pocket those coins from the many customers they have. I have long been avoided hitbtc already.

many online exchange do also have that kind of feature where you cant trade because there's a minimum threshold  that is to ensure that they can save fees but it sucks because our coins can get stuck if ever we cant buy more  . hitbtc is a good exchange before but i dont know what happend to them lately  .

The withdrawal fee for this exchange is really expensive. But we can't change anything.i used it once and decided not to use it anymore. Now choose another exchange to trade.

they must lower thier fees because the overall market is also dump for a longer time but even other exchange do also have a standard fee which is a bit high  .  best thing to do is to not trade lower amounts . much better if you can hodl them and trade whenever you have collected alot of coins  .

Yes, I have also experienced the thing that withdrawal fees is more than the coins which I bought. I have some BNK tokens purchased but due to huge fee, 1000 tokens  per transaction Sad  , the tokens are stuck and no chance but to buy more to get it outside HITBTC.
I think its only for rich investors who dont care for such fee and not for small investors like me.
I am not sure what is the reason behind this fee structure, but HITBTC can reduce it to have more customers to their platform.

It isn't really that good of exchange in the first place. I've only been using it to trade new coins because they are usually listed first in hitbtc. It's also annoying that they have limit the minimum amount of some tokens that you can exchange. I sometimes have a small amount and I can't get to sell it because it requires a minimum 100 coins to create an order.

Support and their security is bad too. I have my old accounts filled with failed attempt of log ins from someplace I don't know.

True. Now you cannot withdraw you tokens for it has a minimum and you also cannot buy because it has a limit that usually comes with 10's,100's or 1000's. Ridiculous it may seem but you can't do nothing about it because they are unresponsive. I usually deposit tokens their and withdraw in ETH/BTC, I never ever buy on that exchange because some withdrawal fees on tokens costs a lot like 100$ maximum.

today I feel the same way, very expensive. it seems like this is the most expensive market I feel. not only is the withdrawal fee, the trading system that requires ask and bid with a multiple of 1000 for a particular token makes me feel cheated.

It is very strange exchange. I know one project who paid for listing and they have listed their coin after 6 months.
And fee was doubled for this coin also.

HitBTC has its positives (like having a lot of alts, and not being strict with adding new ones), but also its negatives, the most important of them being exactly the ridiculous withdraw fees you mentioned (also, the UI and strange wallet maintenance timings).

I personally try to stay away unless absolutely necessary.

I noticed that too.  Hence, I never used HitBTC.  Apart from this, I also notice that the trading volume is fake.  Too many bots buying and selling with each other. It is just not a reliable exchange and  I heard that not many people wish their ICO tokens to be listed on HitBTC.

exactly, the ends are always left, which can not be withdrawn or replaced. This in my opinion is not a very cool option. It annoys me very much, but I think it will not do anything about it.

some time ago I also felt the same way. I don't use HITBTC regularly, only occasionally when there is a good price movement, or when I have to sell tokens that might only be listed on HITBTC.
If you use it regularly, I suggest that you withdraw funds that you did in the first conversion to DOGE, doge withdrawal fees are very cheap, only 2 doge/transactions.

I do not like this stock exchange because if i deposit some coin which do not have a round amount, then I can not sell the whole amount of coins; of course I have a certain amount of coins that I can not sell. this is not permissible. for example, I started selling 210 coins, I can only sell 200 and 10  I can not sell it and they remain on the stock exchange's balance sheet. And I have so many remnants. For example, on this exchange you can only buy 100,200,300 doge coin. This is not normal
