Hi there. Sorry for getting in touch with you here with such delay. As you already know, you have received our reply, the investigation is in progress.

By the way, ticket 19975 has nothing to do with ETH sent to contract, hasn't it? But anyway, since you've mentioned it: some exchanges may use ETH contract wallets, and sending ETH to contracts is not available on HitBTC. In those cases these ETH, which were sent to contracts, are being refunded to sender.

I lost 0.28 btc since 2 weeks ago and support dont stop saying "engineers are solving it" , looks like scam

Where is my BTC? I lost 2.5BTC! This is pretty big amount. I didn't receive it on my hitbtc account.

And i still have waited support answer 3 days! My ticket ID is 20955

I really don't recommended to trade with HitBtc now it looks like scam. A lot of people lost their coins or have problem with withdraw and support doesn't answer...

Please explain to me,

How can someone request the withdrawal and be able to perform without the need confirmation by email. I accessed my account today and guess what? There was nothing, I did not ask for any withdrawal, in fact I was without connection, and simply invaded my account and no email to confirm the withdrawal was sent to me, which I would certainly deny. What can I do, I lost 190USD?
