I also asked again at FreiExchange if they can list HoboNickels. The answer was that HoboNickels is on there list of coins to review. Hopefully they'll decide to list HoboNickels. Maybe it helps if more people create a ticket there and ask to list HoboNickels.  Wink

We are on it Smiley It's syncing as we speak, sorry for the delay, tried to find the ticket after someone else spoke about it and why we did not have it listed, it's a oldtimer, but no luck :|

Is there any special settings we should be noticed about (other than reservebalance etc so the wallet does not start to stake).

Cheers

Great! I'm really glad it wasn't forgotten. Thank you! A working exchange is really needed for HoboNickels. I'm looking forward to it and as far as I know, there are no special settings that should be considered.  Smiley

If anybody has a bootstrap it can go faster, or msg me on telegram if you can provide a copy of the chain.

This is the official download for the blockchain: http://hobonickels.info/HBNBlockChain.zip  Maybe it helps. But I can't tell how up to date the download is.  Smiley

In November, Turrican was asking for help of 130K HBN from the community to address the problem with BTCPOP.

The HBN fund received that amount by 29 November.    Is nothing being done with this?

If not, then the HBN should be returned to its original owners so that they may pursue a solution.

Tranz is offline  Angry he holds the fund ...

That's unfortunately true. There are now enough coins on the donation address to solve the problem, but Tranz probably doesn't have time to take care of it right now. It would really help if Tranz became active again and sent the missing coins to btcpop. Then the problem would be solved.  Smiley

Faucet with btcpop.co account
https://btcpop.co/Faucet/HBN

Oh, that's good that HoboNickels now also has a faucet. Does the withdrawal option for HoboNickels work again at btcpop? I don't have an account there to check that out.  Smiley

Withdraw is closed yet.

Thank you! Too bad, I hoped it would work again. So we have to keep waiting and hoping it works again soon.  Sad

Happy new year hobos!

Thank you, I wish you and all other hobos the same! Hopefully 2019 will be a good year for HoboNickels and we will get a new exchange.  Smiley

I wanted to ask about Bisq.
-snip-

What about novaexchange ?
-snip-

Every new exchange would be good for HoboNickels, no matter which one, this is my opinion. We should all try to find some new exchanges. Feel free to apply on every exchange. So more people request, the better it is.   Smiley

btw what happened to my friend kiklo Huh

Kiklo was banned from the forum. Why exactly do I not know unfortunately. Zin-Zang has taken his place in the Zeitcoin thread. He can maybe tell you how to reach Kiklo.  Smiley

You might need to rebrand + update codebase to something that exists

That might be a good idea, but I'm not sure. I'm open for every good idea, but I can't decide how it goes on. The community has to decide that.  Smiley
