I think yes it is better to hold until the time comes it will increase again. 2018 will come to its end and most of us are still hoping that it will back to normal.

I don’t think there is any hope for the next remaining days of December 2018. The year will end without any bull run. I already knew what was coming cause I never expected the bull run to repeat itself twice in a roll. As of now, holding must be the very good options for all the crypto adapters. We must continue what we are already doing in the hard time. Even bull run is not dominating this year, 2017 was ended up with beginning of bear's run but that thing had changed in this year. We should be confident about bitcoin to rise in coming months hence we must keep holding.

Hold On for Dear Life (HODL) is for the experience crypto mind and not for the feeble minded. So it was in 2013 and a lot of crypto holders panicked and sold off even at a great loss then came 2017 when the veteran went to their bank smiling. Here we are again in 2018 with the market bleeding red and the situation of 2013 hitting us again, will you panic or Hodl to smile to your bank later. I will rather hodl.

Hope is of course there, but for us actually, it doesn't matter even though the increase did not occur in the end of December, maybe 2019 will be the best year for its price growth. In essence, by utilizing the HODL strategy, this strategy usually tends to provide the results/targets that we want, not even the rare ones who consider it to be the only Successful Property.
yes it has become the best choice ... better than getting a big loss due to a bullish market, but it will be hard if you just depend on your assets, it will be difficult for the cost of living in the future
Big loss in the bearish market right? So yes you are right. And the solution to that is that one should not rely on one business and should have multiple sources of income. This will help the long term investor to keep on holding. For the remaining days for this year maybe they have some possible movements happen to the bitcoin or not. Depends to the people if they want to dump more the price of the bitcoin or they want to up the value for this moment.
It is an all time best option whenever you are facing the downward trend because bear in mind that this money will not go anywhere else if you hold it despite the loss in the value. The recovery is always there. Well hodl is now really the most amazing way to earn specially we are now on dip. There are so many potential coin that is now on a very low price and very affordable to invest. So I think the best option is to buy more coins or maybe potential coins and hold. Because the market will not going to fall forever we all know that crypto is unstable and we can maybe earn a lot on it if we have patience to hold.
Amazing way? if you are not a person who is patient then hodl will only make you bankrupt, because the price changes in crypto will be very extreme going up and down very deeply, and if you are not a patient person in the long run, then hodl will only hurt you like now

Well, I think its the best option for us holders to do unless you have the guts to sell it at a huge huge loss. I think the bearish market will continue until the first months of the year but I don't have any idea when will this end.
Many of us here don't want to sell their altcoins now because they don't want to be in a loss. What we need more is more buyers and more investors.

I chose to hold several coins because I did not want to do the cutloses, so I have to hold a coin that had lost its value. if I have to choose, I prefer to sell when the market is also not profitable for me, I manage my coins to a minimum so that the loss that I experience is not so much. With the current fluctuation and complete downtrend in the market makes many people lose value, so instead of selling for cheap prices it is very good to hold them as long as possible until the market starts recovering, so now it is very good decision to hold them until the market starts recovering.
I think you chose the right choice, maybe HODL is also good for crypto traders who are busy and patient, but if you need money maybe HODL is not good, you can cutloss and trade as usual, if the HODL continues your assets will not increase.
it's good if you want to invest long term for your child or your family. the most important thing is not to use money for your daily needs to invest because it is wrong and certainly will not be profitable, it will only make you panic quickly when the market is red

For those who already own and hold coins, the hodl is the best choice, but if you really need funds for your holiday, selling will be an option even though the market is falling. But behind this market collapse there will be people who will take advantage of the moment to buy and that is all the usual market turnaround.

Based on what happened years back in 2016 i will rather HODL all my investment for now, until the bear market appreciate were i will have the chance to maximize much needed profits, please mate lets hold for a better bull run. As for me the best option for me is HODL.
