Hold is not the only policy. There are a lot more things that can be done using coins in the market. You can use coins for trading which is a good way to make a lot of money in a short time if you know what you are doing. You can also invest the coins that you have into other altcoins which you think will go up soon so you can make a lot of money from it when the prices go up
Yes Hold is the only applicable way to not lose money on this downtrend. Or if You have extra money you can also go with Buy low and sell high. Because its nice to accumulate coins when others are fearful to buy. You can bid in a very very low price.

sure we can buy this dip,but how can sell?when the trend continues downing?i prefers to hold in times like this unless i can see some bad shape on the coins im having then i will choose to sell it to stop the lossNow you can buy cheap coins, and then sell when the market is on the rise.

As of now I would agree to that because the market is so bloody red right now, where selling our coins will be the biggest mistake that we could do if we are not going to be patient and hodl it until the right time to come for us to sell it. Me too. I am also holding the coins that I bought last year. I believe it will recover and increase to a new high price. I try not to look at the market that often, only once in a while. I will keep HODLing all my coins.

im also applying holding policy.When you invest in crypto you need to learn and control your patiences especially in exchanges..you must learn why the prices are dropping and when to sell your coins..because if you dont hodl your coin..you can loss your profits.even can make you poor.Also you need to check the coins you are holding if its not in delisted state..also check the notification of an exchange site.Some people used to panic selling especially in bitcoin they sell because theyre dumping theyre afraid of bitcoin losing its value but that wont happen.

When there is dropping of prices of coins my policy is better to hold rather than to sell at the low price, just to be patience to wait the prices to increase for big profit because the market price was so volatility everytime here in crypto currency.

you can make profit out of a bear market. dont close doors. try scalp trading. but if you are petting a coin, better hodl it because father bitcoin is declining. HODL is life

If you are here to earn fiat currency, yeah, hold might be better. But if you are about adopting or promoting a technology, telling other people to not use the technology and let them know one can be rich by doing so is not ideal at all.
Yes, panic sell when the price falls is the wrong decision. hodl, and be patient again for some time. we always wait for higher prices, right? so, hodl.
