Your call because its your money to play on but considering that we are talking about swapping then of course it will vary or depend on the value of those coins plus consider out those fees
involved because you cant really just make out swaps without considering those factors because fees will really be that much of a problem if those trades turns out to happen.
But if you do saw that you could actually make out some advantage or profitable for you then go ahead because you wouldnt know unless you do try.

this is your own decision.when you say when the highest price is what? $0.60+ ? if you believe that one day there will be a new ATH for doge just hold . if you have minus 100-200% on coin doge. maybe I'll just be the holder. after all even though doge is a meme personally i think coin this coin still has the possibility to go up again. although this is likely only the hope of a desperate person.

For me, I find the second option better, if I buy any coin at a high price, I prefer to sell it at a low price and exchange it for another coin and sell and buy until I make up for the loss that I got because it may take a year or more for the coin to return to the purchase price and during this time Maybe I made up for a loss and got some extra profits.

Well, if i was you, I probably would have sold it a long time ago, or are you one of those holding and hoping it gets to $1 usd? If you are, well then, I suggest you keep holding, just like a member already said here, it might pump again ones bitcoin and other major coins like Ethereum and binance coin stabilizes, maybe an altseason is coming which might push its prices a bit to the upper level, but as you know, crypto currencies are highly unpredictable, so, continue to hold at your own risk, final decision is up to you to make.

It depends on your personal preference, since you mentioned you bought it at highest price so you are going to lose value when you sell it for lower so you can keep HODL doge until you make profits. Or if you convinced that swapping to the other coins seems best then just go for bitcoin and avoid the hyped ones.

change to another altcoin it will give you profit but still on your personal analysis if you want another altcoin ,instead of having to wait when doge will pump again it put your in endless traffic jam ,and if you want doge again then buy it but at a better price below the price when you sold it

You shouldn't be expecting a huge amount of increase very often in projects like the ones don't have a tangible solution to a problem. Projects that are made just for fun aren't very likely to rise many times in the long run. Dogecoin is a meme coin and it is no different than the type I mentioned. It increased a lot thanks to Elon Musk in the end. If it weren't for his support, I wouldn't expect it to rise and cling to the current level for a long time. So I wouldn't keep big amount of Dogecoin. I would prefer promising projects instead.

I don't know exactly at what price you bought DOGE coin and what percentage of the money you used to buy DOGE. But if you look at the current DOGE price, it's better for you to hold it and buy again, so if later the DOGE price returns to the peak of the price you bought, you can sell it and still benefit from the 2nd purchase.
If you want to sell at a loss and shift your investment to another coin, better think again, lest you buy another coin without careful calculation, otherwise you will lose a second time.

Doge is always hyped by Elon Musk and there is no sign of whether this will happen again with the Doge coin, so I think it's more like swapping it for another coin with more potential to be profitable.

My advice is that you should look for other coins compared to Doge because I see some coins have increased when Bitcoin reaches ATH so this needs to be taken advantage of the opportunities that exist in the market, don't just wait for Doge because Doge pumps only occur annually so you will take longer waiting to go up.

If there's not that much movement anymore and you've been imaking losses. It's better to accept the fact that you've lost to it and you have to cut your losses.

It's the only way for you to recover not unless dogecoin soars again.

But if I'm you, I'll sell it for another better crypto or maybe put that into a stable coin and wait until bitcoin drops a bit and buy.

if i were you use a larger time frame and see if it has a potential to surge more in the future, because its a big mistake to change other crypto without doing anything and afterwards you see it pumping Cheesy

I like DOGE a lot, because I have been watching this coin and its development from the very first day of its creation. However, looking at the current capitalization and its adoption on the market, I believe that it is already heavily overpriced. Good luck to all those who believe in further price increases, but personally I think that Dogecoin is unlikely to reach the new ATH.

all trading players certainly have expectations of the coin soaring. But don't be the main hope. in the coinmarketcap market there are many altcoins that have high potential as long as we want to correct ourselves. DOGE being a special coin right now could be the bull run season DOGE can reach a new ATH
