Maybe diversity is the reason. Portfolio should have been consisted couple of shares, not only a little gem. I would suggest OP to hold both and sell some of ETH for LTC, by this you can hold all the three opportunity.
LTC has experienced huge growth yesterday, I think we can now focus on ethereum even though the LTC also still has growth potential. but I am very confident in ethereum in the future with high growth.

I see no reason why I should exchange a coin with good potential for another. Although, litecoin is one of those I have always seen as the main and profitable coins in the crypto market. I would rather invest in both separately, than leave one for the other.
We are in a time where we have to be cautious of what to invest in and what to discard. As a matter of fact, being selective is a necessity.

Yeah, I'd never do that. Well, okay, I've done that by exchanging Bitcoin for alts but that's only because I had no other way of getting those coins. I can buy Bitcoin easily P2P which I did but the others really were only available as BTC-alt pairs.

To exchange a shitcoin I would, and many times if I thought I made mistakes buying them. But coins for hodl are coins for hodl.

You have already held gems so why should you want to go for gold. I think ethereum and bitcoin there is no doubt are the coins that are worthy investment and holding. Still a large portion of the market share is taken by the two coins and most of altcoins are dependent on their blockchain. So if you could add more ethereum to your portfolios.

LTC is on the halving heat now, it's tempting but ETH is a solid choice too, it depends on your goal to achieve by investing coins, i believe the market is purely sentimental and profit are winners, I would do the same thing if the fundamentals and entry favors me, been too FOMO does affect your own principals at making money, a short boost on your portfolio might be not beneficial if you trade frequently based on your emotions. In fact many coins were already grow exponentially in weeks

In near months, Litecoin price could rising because halving. I am agree that ethereum is good investment and both coin are woth to hold. Dividing our investment in both coin is good choice but ethereum have many competitors right now

I'm holding BTC and ETH for couple of months. I already have gotten great profit from ETH, should I hold more? Or I shouls have moved to LTC which also looks like a good investment for now. Please share your opinion, why or why not?

LTC has increased so much these days because of the upcoming halving effect. I find it too risky to transfer BTC or ETH via LTC at the present time
yes, it is quite encouraging, seeing the price of the LTC which rose quite high yesterday. but, for now, I still prefer eth. not because of the price, but because of its function that is still very much needed. this certainly will encourage eth to have high prices in the future. I believe eth's potential can be greater in the future.

in my opinion it is very good for us to continue adding assets to Ethereum because I am very sure Ethereum's price will continue to increase until the end of this year ... because I also continue to add the Ethereum assets that I have now ... and I continue to look for opportunities to buy when the price drops ... so I can save more Ethereum ... and will continue to buy at a low price ...

I would try to keep ETH until the price rises to $ 500 - it will be soon. LTC is not the best option for the transition. Advise XRP.

Ethereum is one of the promising coins for several years in crpto world. And even up to now I am holding a few of it, particularly nowadays ETH are planning to implement POS if I'm not mistaken, anyway I am open to correct by some of you here.

I prefer to hold ETH because it has achieved a lot over the past few years as compared to LTC. Both ETH and LTC are good coin but there is no doubts about the fact that Ethereum is the favorite of the people (ETH - King of ICOs). Ethereum has larger, stronger and supportive crypto community than LTC and this is one of the major factors for the survival of a coin on the market.

A little bit late if you want to exchange your btc or eth to ltc now. As you can see, the price of litecoin already increasing in the market.
Due the halving of ltc soon, accumulating some ltc will be profitable but not too much now.
btc and eth price is depends on the market, while ltc price is keep increasing slowly without depending on the market.

It is a good idea, because litecoin halving will happen soon, so short term profit with LTC is more predictable. I bet you will gain on it soon

Litecoin has indeed been on the increase lately, but if you have to sacrifice to sell Eth and bitcoin, I think that's not the right decision. if you have more capital, you can invest the money you have in the three types of coins to be used as investment assets. because I think Btc, Eth and Ltc are good potential coins to be used as profitable investment assets.

They both are very good coin. But choosing one out of two would be not so good. Cause they are form very different types. One of them is best platform available and 2 nd bigges token in the whole market at this moment and other one is a payment based coin which is acceptable in many payment option and day by day the number is growing. Ethereum recently upgraded to ethereum 2.0 to solve it's scalability problem so it's more stronger than before and in other side Litecoin already announced its privacy update and devs are working on it. So I think you should keep both but if I had no choice and have to pick one I would go for Litecoin.

As for me, both coins are very good.  just need to use them in the right direction.  Ethereum is very good at using long term investment.  Litecoin is good at short distances, but you also need to know how to work with it.

if you've got a lot of advantages from ethereum means ethereum is the most stable coin among many altcoins and from that you should think about collecting more, if you want LTC incestation maybe with 20% of your money

I think you need to change your decision based on your situation because if you want to hold it for long time then no problem will be happened with that otherwise if you want to get sudden profits very quickly you need to exchange them for better profits otherwise holding is more better than everything.

LTC is definitely no go for me. I remember the gold days of Ethereum and I regret why I didn't buy more coins in that days. The road to the success coming from great attitude towards portfolio. Altcoins have to be a half of my portfolio in my opinion.
