I advise you holding is the best option once you invest. We cannot predict the rise or the fall of altcoin’s value because it’s still fluctuating. Maybe you can hold it for several months to see the latest trend of altcoin. And I think the bitcoin’s value will increase and so does the altcoin’s.
It's depends to you if you want to hold coin or sell it in a right time. But I think the best from me is to hold for a long time until the price get increase to get grow your income. If we prefer to sell just wait for a right time and look for the price always to avoid risk.
Just wait for a few day before you sell you alt. The best move right now is to monitor the price gap depreciation before you decide to sell your alt. If you see the value of your alt is continuously decreasing i think it's time to decide but think of it before you do sell and calculate first if your profit and investment not loss. If you think you continuously losing your profit and capital i think its time you to decide if have no chance to increase the value of your alt. But if you feel that have a chance to increase again the value of your alt, why you don't try to hold your alt to gain profit simultaneously.

Hold! Hold! Hold! This is the only way we can truly earn good profit. I don’t understand traders who keeps on selling when a small price increase happens! We cannot maximize our earnings this way. We need to hold at least three months before we make a move.

You won't incur any loss until you sell your bag, if u sell your bag that means that you have realized the loss. Just be patient and hold onto your coins. In a week or so when the market is back up again you will regret that you sold your bag for so cheap so don't lose hope and keep on HODLING.
If you are a long term investor, you do not need to sell altcoins. If you have good experience then you can sell altcoins and buy them at a lower price.

Always buy in the red market, don’t be scared because for I know after that green days will follow and this is what happening right now. I'd hold and if you actually believe in the projecting you are holding, then pick up some more at the discounted price of the dip. You'll lower your dollar cost average and make a nice return when it jumps back up.
I would hodl if I was in a position like this because selling would mean to loose a lot of money right now. Also it's a good think to come with an extra investment into alt and why not , in good ICO's like PriorityEX.
