See things as sales I think it will imagine a good feeling to get profit. but if the current market conditions are not in a good position, hold can be a good choice to keep prices stable

Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? in my opnion if you do not need soemcoins it is getter to hold them for a while anyway just to be sure and see

in my opinipn it depends on the cpij and on your attitude to this coin if you do not need it at all sell of course 
Whether you choose to hold or sell, the decision you make is solely your responsible but as a respective trader as I am, I would not advise you sell your coins at a loss. Those who buy from you at a loss will be the ones who enjoy while laughing at weak hands for selling cheaply.

Now the market is very volatile and so far I see that it is not ready for strong growth, so at the moment I would recommend to ride the waves.
I think it's better to keep your tokens for a long time than to sell them in a panic. Because if you keep your token, you will have a high price, than you will sell it at a loss to yourself

In this time sell is the best choice for you because i believe market will drop more than 200B in the next month, after the drop you can take the advantage to buyback altcoins whatever you like.
I agree with you to that you should sell your cryptos asset and then buy it back. Because the market continues to drop and it is unpredictable, so the best thing to do is to sell them and buy them back later when it is lowest, then you will not only save the value but you will get more of it.
If you are good at reading charts and technical analysis, you can decide to read the charts and decide when to sell and when to buy. You would be able to use the charts to enter trades quite profitably and exit as well
