yeah we have lost a lot but I think we have reached a very low position in the market so now it's better to hold till the recovery of market
I for the moment hold, every now and then buy some money in which I believe then in a couple of years I draw conclusions

For now hodling is the best strategy. It will pick back up as it always does in the crypto market. Just be patient with your coins so when market balance price is great you can gain a good profit . Cryptocurrency market maybe down today but it is not always like that, the market will bounce back and bring the bright future in crypto world.

If you got some profits from your investments or the price increases from the price you buy then it is a good time to sell, but if you think that the coin/s you had buy had the potential to pump, I prefer for you to hold it.
Both.... Hold the coins for some time .and Sell if it has a big value , but not expect to much that it will be done overnight.. just hold.. and when it rise up ... invest... .. .. count your investments not your savings and earning... learn to play in this crypto market

I think we should hold. That is the best option for the current situation. Actually everything is very bad and the traders have suffered so much losses. I believe that in the future everything will be more stable and will recover strongly.Do not sell now, be patient to get better results.
I agree with the above, hold for stable future and don't participate in any P&D's they are so wrong
if we consider the prices now the worst idea would be to sell a coin in my opinion, because even the biggest coins have experienced more than 2x fall and it would not be a good idea to sell them.
Do not even think anything about selling the cryptocurrencies now. They are so cheap that you will lose everything you invested in the crypto before. Just hold all the altcoins and Bitcoin and wait for the bull run.
Both are profitable if we can find the right time to hold or sell. Now btc is best for buy and hold as BTC price goes low at the moment. If you buy at a high price then need to watch the market regularly and sell it as less lose as you can. In day trading I always prefer to sell when I’m in some profit. If you will ask me, I would suggest and preferred to hold firmly especially now that we are near to the last quarter of this year which we all know the green period of the year. Just have little bit more patience and I will guarantee you its all worth it.
