overall depends on the coins we hold, if the coins we hold will potentially be able to raise the price back I think it's better to wait some more time to hold it until the price goes back up but if the coin we hold there is no hope to increase the price back more just sell it and look for other coins that are more potential in the future
I will sugest you to hold if the price of your coins are low. Wait until the market price recovering, and then you can sell your coins. Juat be patience if you want to get more profit.
I suggest hold if the coin is longterm because it will recover no matter what the market situation is. If the coin is not longterm I would not suggest to hold it for so long because I know it will dump by some investors and owners little by little.
Hmm in my own perspective, you should really hold your coins. You should wait until it's price will recover and get bigger than before. Don't panic and by the way, I'm sorry for your loss it's just a part of life. That's life. We all experience that kind of situation so better be wiser than before.

Be patient for the current red price, and better you choose to hold and wait for a more stable price. For profit then you do not rush to sell.

I think you should keep all the coins you have now. You can keep it until the end of this year. I am sure by the end of this year you will get many benefits from the coins you hold. Provided you keep holding it until the price returns high again. You should be more patient.

For me holding my coin is my best option now since the market are low no need to sell my coin now because i will not gain a lot from it i rather hodl it for long term period.

See, if the value of your coins going down don't sell it. It a time to wait for rising up the value of your coins. Because if u sell at lower price and repurchase it, then u have to give the commission which is totally loss. So its a time to show your patience level. If you wait for the rising up the coins value then u may achieve some rich profits .
